My Professional opinion as a pharmacy student, Is I think that adding blueberries to a healthy diet may have a number of advantages, such as improving heart health, brain function, and reducing inflammation. A healthy diet can benefit greatly from the addition of blueberries, but they shouldn't take the place of other necessary foods.
