Pillar Peppers™ F1 Galaxy & Mimi are available in multiple colors for the 5-6 inches/12-15 cm pot size. The Galaxy series are for indoor kitchen use. The Scoville rating is different for each color. Red is mild, Yellow is spicy and Orange is hot. Long shelf-life, in the kitchen and the plant can produce multiple fruit sets with the right care.

Just like a passport, this bean has a compact, small frame with a refined plant architecture that adapts to many locations, such as a container, small space gardening or an open field. This bean has fancy, 1-3 sieve dark beans that sit high up in the plant.
