Better Communication through Tarot

By day, I am a holistic psychotherapist, a mental health professional that is dedicated to the mind, body, and spirit. At times, when I am with a client, I find myself in the “zone”. This is often what you’ll hear athletes, musicians, and writers describe when they allow the subconscious or “autopilot” to take over. And my higher self apparently likes to use the language of Tarot! For example, I may see a flash of the “Fool” card in my mind to help the client understand to proceed with caution, or the “Five of Wands” to help them deal with conflict.

This has also been happening in my mediumship readings with clients. I will often get the “Lovers” card from the spirit communicator if the relationship in life with the sitter was solid, the “Tower” card if the spirit experienced tragedy, or the “Queen of Wands” if the spirit had closeted gifts in life.
