Originally star ted as a ser vents quar ter design eventually turned into a beautifull farmhouse which enjoys a view of Sinhagad For t from verandah and beautiful garden surrounding and enhancing the charm of the farmhouse.

Challanges -Since the project was in heavy landscaped area no vehicle was allowed to go till the construction site also no tree was to be cut while construction, also since the project design started in mid of may we had only 2.5 months for design and execution of the project before monsoon hits and project goes for delay.
