Missions such as rebranding, starting a new direction, or even a new venture, is not for the weak-minded, nor is it for complainers. As the leader of an organization trying to improve, stress and doubt come into play often. However, you may be more successful than you previously thought. We have all been there, and we have learned to gauge improvement in a different way than most. If you are in the process of launching a new project, or steering your organization in a new direction, it is likely you are in a better position than you realize.
