Come meet strong women like yourself and set out together on a physically, mentally and spiritually challenging journey. With different backgrounds and personal life stories, each group member adds color and depth to the total composite “women of valor” participants. Be ready for scavenger hunts, amazing wine and cheese tastings, cow milkings, group sing-alongs under the stars, and much more. Throughout this journey you will be accompanied by a professional logistics crew -- the Puzzle Israel team -- helping you reach your goals as a group and as individuals.
DAY I
Tel-Aviv
Getting to Know Each Other • Landing at Ben Gurion International Airport, transportation to Tel Aviv-Jaffa • Participate in a special meeting with leading women in Israeli society; business women, organization managers, journalists and others. The gathering will conclude with an Israelistyle dinner at one of the participants’ homes • Stroll down the pleasant Tel Aviv boardwalk and enjoy the cool Mediterranean Sea breeze (*) • Accommodations at Sheraton Tel Aviv Hotel or similar

DAY II
From Tel Aviv to Eilat
Hit the Streets of Tel Aviv and Jaffa • Breakfast at the hotel • Start your day with a relaxing morning walk on one of the sandy Tel Aviv beaches • Continue with a self-guided day exploring this exciting and wild city; visit a local art gallery, take pictures of the impressive street art in downtown Tel Aviv, rub your shoulders with the colorful marketplace dwellers in Shuk HaCarmel or simply feel those Tel Aviv vibes while sipping a strong cup of coffee at one of the city’s hip cafes (*) • Learn the local history with professionally guided tours of Tel Aviv and Jaffa • Hop on the evening flight to the southernmost city of Eilat • Enjoy a joint dinner on the Red Sea Beach with a magnificent view of the Jordan mountains right in front of you • Accommodations at Leonardo Plaza Hotel Eilat or similar * Recommendations and reservations will be made, if necessary, by the Puzzle Israel team

Eilat
Timna National Park Scavenger Hunt • Breakfast at the hotel • Participate in a challenging desert scavenger hunt and group tasks in Timna National Park • Cool down with a brunch buffet waiting for you at one of the group’s resting points • Warm up those vocal cords of yours with a lively sing-along evening around a warm bonfire combined with fun social games to break the ice and get to know your friends just a little bit better • Exchange thoughts and ideas while enjoying dinner provided by Margolis Catering • Accommodations at the Kibbutz Lotan Guesthouse

DAY IV
The Captivating Negev
Getting Busy in the Desert • Breakfast at the guest house • Participate in an exciting jeep scavenger hunt • Discover your natural skills in a navigating workshop and team-building activities • Help make handmade delicacies as part of an outdoor cooking workshop with Chef Nir Margalith • Lose yourself to the enchanting calmness of the desert while connecting to your body in a relaxing yoga practice • Accommodations at the southern villa - ‘Bait BaMidbar’

DAY V
From the Negev to the Center
Making Our Way up North • Breakfast at the guest house • Take a tour of the Beit Guvrin National Park - including a Puzzle Israel Historical Quiz in which the winner wins a prize from a local vendor • Learn about Israeli agriculture at the organic farm ‘Hava and Adam’, Modi’in • Relax after a long day at a local winery with wine and cheese tastings included • Visit an ancient olive press and try some local fresh extra-virgin olive oil • Attend an evening lecture about the Israeli climate and geography • Enjoy a family-style dinner cooked by Chef Nir Margalith • Accommodations at a local villa

DAY VI
The Coastal Day
A Drive Along the Coast of the Mediterranean • Breakfast at the villa provided by Margolis Catering • Tour the ancient city of Caesarea National Park • Toughen up with a series of army activities instructed by guest Danny Hii using special army gear • Experience an authentic Druze lunch and hospitality at a local northern village • Tour the main attractions of the city of Haifa • Attend a wine and chocolate evening with professional chocolatier, Roy Gershon • Accommodations at the Dan Carmel Haifa Hotel or at a villa in Beit Lehem Haglilit (*)

DAY VII
The Galilee and Surrounding Valleys
The Pleasures of the Galilee • Start your day with a delicious breakfast complemented with soothing herbal tea at the ‘Spicy Way’ spice farm • Loosen up with musical activities at Hararit village with the sitar artist Shir Sofer • Enjoy a gallop on a horseback riding tour at the ‘Vered Hagalil Horse Ranch’ • Relax with spa and massage treatments at the Hamat Gader Spa Complex • Dinner and accommodations overlooking the Sea of Galilee (Kinneret) - Ramot Resort Hotel or similar
DAY VIII
The Sea of Galilee
The Galilee Countryside • Breakfast at the hotel • Set on a team scavenger hunt with different maps, cars and challenges for each team • Participate in the different kibbutz activities; milking the cows, feeding the goats and more • Lunch on the kibbutz • Visit a fascinating revolutionary robotic cow shed • Unwind yourself with dinner and beer tastings at a local pub • Accommodations in the Bedouin tent at Salame (*)

DAY IX
The Judean Desert to Jerusalem
Reaching the Lowest Place on Earth • Experience a field breakfast at sunrise • Challenge yourself on a hike through the Qumran Riverbed National Park • Discover the ruins of Masada - you can either make your way up by cable car or challenge yourself with an ambitious hike up to the summit (*) • Relaxing time by the Dead Sea including lunch provided by Margolis Catering • Pamper yourself with a soothing spa treatment (**) • Dinner and accommodations at the Dan Boutique Hotel Jerusalem

Jerusalem

Land Cost • The total land price based on a group of 8-12 women will be $4565 US per person including VAT. Based on a group of 13 women or more the land cost will be $4345 US per person including VAT • SINGLE SUPPLEMENT - $750 US • An extra charge of $10 US per person will be added to the final cost of the trip if the group decides to add any additional sites to the original itinerary. If the number of participants and/ or rooming arrangements and/or flights schedules is changed, an additional supplement may apply. Tour in Israel does not include • Cost of round trip airfare to and from Israel • Any expenses of a personal nature • Meals and dinners in restaurants as mentioned • Gratuities • Spa treatments or Spa packages not listed (these can range from 250 NIS to 600 NIS per person depending on the treatment or package) • Overtime for the driver or mileage beyond what has been allotted for the day at $30 US per hour for a 4 person taxi or $50 US for an extra hour’s usage of the van • Any guests other than the participants in the party • Insurance for baggage, personal items, health coverage and trip cancellation and interruption is not included, but is highly recommended. We suggest obtaining coverage through your local travel agent The Tour Day The above proposal has been quoted based on the itinerary, mileage and hours designated per day, and the other touring elements noted above. The base tour
day is based on a maximum of ten hours per day. Any additional charges will be billed to the customer’s credit card at the end of the trip and must be settled locally prior to departure from Israel. Should you decide to extend your stay at the end of the program and require a taxi to join the group, this arrangement will be at your own expense. Gratuity in Israel It is customary to tip your Israeli guide some $20 US per day, per guide (this sum depends on the size of the group and the number of guides assigned. The usual policy is 1 guide per 20 participants). It is also customary to tip your airport drivers, bellboys and hotel staff. This, of course, is left to your discretion. Passport Validity All passports need to be valid for at least six months from the date of departure from the US. Puzzle Israel Cancellation Policies Any cancellations or requests for refund must be submitted in writing and will only be considered in effect as of the date received. • Up to 45 days before arrival date full refund will be made less the non-refundable deposit of 10% as indicated • Within 10 days prior to arrival- the payment becomes 100% non-refundable • Cancellation of various elements in the program less than 48 hours prior to the event will result in the payment made being 100% non-refundable
NEW VAT TAX REGULATIONS Please be aware that according to the new Israeli tax laws, being strictly enforced by all hotels, all guests holding Israeli citizenship, even those with dual citizenship/passports both for individual travelers and guests part of a group, or invited local guests, will be charged the applicable VAT tax. Therefore the necessary documentation must be received from the participants within 14 days prior to arrival in order to finalize the bill. Should this information not be provided in a timely manner, we reserve the right to charge the VAT accordingly. Responsibility Puzzle Israel (hereinafter called the Tour Coordinator), acts only as an agent for the various companies, owners or contractors providing the means of transportation, accommodation and other travel services. All exchange orders, coupons and tickets are offered subject to the Terms and Conditions under which such services are offered or provided. The issuance and acceptance of such tickets shall constitute your acceptance of the terms and conditions as set out. The airline and transportation companies concerned are not to be held responsible for any act; omission or event during the time passengers are not on board their planes or conveyances. The Tour Coodinator reserves the right to cancel/alter any part of the itinerary above as may be found desirable for the proper execution of the tour and the safety and comfort of the passengers. This without penalty to the Tour Coordinator itself. The Tour Coordinator reserves the right to change any hotel/s listed and replace with a property of
a similar category if circumstances necessitate. Additional expenses, if any, shall be borne by the passenger/s. The right is reserved to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of any group at any time should they require services beyond those which can be provided. If room requirements are altered due to cancellation of one or more passengers, the passengers still travelling must pay the applicable rate for the accommodation to be occupied. If you must leave the tour early, regardless of reason, no refunds will be granted for unused services. Participants should expect to pay extra for the use of facilities such as sauna, health clubs, safety deposit box, etc. Regardless of the flight arrival or departure time, most hotels have a check in between 1 PM – 4 PM. Requests for immediate check in outside of the normal check in hours will be subject to additional fees levied by the hotel. Prices quoted are based on current tariffs and rates of exchange and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to cancel a departure should there be an insufficient number of participants to make the tour viable.
