PUZZOLANA SURFACE MINER Puzzolana PMM 2205 & PMM 2205X is an economic solution for selective surface mining. Built in features ensure high quality product sizing, mixing and level benches, ensuring minimal wastage and safe operation. PMM 2205 & PMM 2205X’s rugged and robust structural design and weight distribution ensures sturdy and fuel efficient operation while enabling it to cut harder formations at full depth of cuts. MAIN FRAME
Ruggedly built sturdy box frame integrated with side plates and lifting jack cylinder to withstand extreme shock loads . Four track steering is provided for efficient steering and control. Height adjustment is electro-hydraulic for achieving fine setting. Under Carriage & Tracks
The under-carriage & track assemblies provided are heavy duty type, with wider footprint to provide extra tractive effort needed to ensure effortless movement while cutting and to provide optimized ground pressure for working in soft ground conditions. This ensures greater depth of cut and higher productivity. Cutting/milling drum
Very robust drum type roll design, wear resistant setup with up-milling configuration to achieve uniform depth of cut and near 85-87% -100mm product sizing. The drum is driven by Poly V-belt drive with automatic constant belt tensioning system.
