PXF Lighting implemented modern computer - aided systems in managing business and designing lighting fixtures. Constructors use softwares like: CAD, Relux, Dialux. Production planning takes place in ERP system, which was implemented in 2013.

FACTORY

Research

PXF Lighting production plant is a 22 000 m2 hall equipped with a machinery for metal treatment, paint shop, injection molding wiring robots, SMD machines etc. Whole process is compliant with EN ISO 9001:2008 standards.

One of the branches of activity which we find particularly important is a thorough examination of designed luminaires and contribution into their continuous development as well as design of new luminaires. Even in a luminaire that can be found great both in design and efficiency we can find details that we can improve so athe very end they will be even better.

Year 2014 is marked by further expansion and automation of production using the latest available technologies. The aim is to build even more efficient and more aesthetic luminaries with energy saving LED light sources.

LIGHTING PROJECT

LIGHTING CONTROL

Lighting Design Department is a team of experts specialized in lighting technique. Basing on investor’s plans and guidelines they prepare a comprehensive lighting design of the building, taking into account the applicable standards and regulations reaching to such investments. We provide services of both interior and exterior lighting designs made in DIALux and Relux programs. We design emergency and evacuation lighting systems and we can make projects of complete BMS (Building Management System) systems to manage heating, air conditioning, ventilation, lighting and other facilities.

In combination with LED technology one of the branches of the subjects in lighting has become much simpler: lighting control. Taking into account the minimum LED ignition time and speed of changes in the light beam it’s now possible to efficiently and easily automate lighting in almost every room of any building. Regardless of whether you want only a single luminaire control sensors or you are interested in the complete automation of lighting in a multi-purpose facility our specialists will undoubtedly help you to find and implement the right solution in technologies DIM 1-100%, DIM 1-10V or DALI.

For production of LED luminaires, PXF lighting uses light sources from very narrow range of chromaticity. It is a process of binning and grouping LED light sources, according to specific set of parameters. Most common parameters are: brightness, color, color rendering index and voltage, which guarantees the highest quality of sources in the luminaire.

PXF Lighting as a luminaires producer uses high quality LED of renowned producers. To ensure the highest standards of lighting we use only selected bin LED.

EFFICIENCY OF LED SOURCES 157 lm/W PXF Lighting company’s offer is characterized by continuous development of LED sources parameters and hence luminaires. LED light sources achieve efficiency factor on level 157 lm/W. Lighting effectiveness of the luminaires is increased to 130 lm/W which provides higher energy saving. By using PXF Lighting products it is possible to decrease power consumption, in comparison to standard solutions even by 70%.

0,34 Human eye can detect very subtle changes in light of white color. Sensitivity of the eye may have a significant impact on the use of LEDs. For example color temperature in LED flashlights is not the most important parameter but in office and architectural lighting consistency of emitted color from many light sources (diodes) is extremely important. In the single luminaire there can be several, several dozen or even hundreds of diodes installed into separate modules. Inappropriate selection of light sources will case users discomfort. It may occur in both one luminaire or among production series. Luminaires installed in one space will be different in both amount of light emitted and its color which will have a negative impact on room appearance. Wanting to avoid the described differences manufacturers offer binned (or selected) diodes series.

HIGH QUALITY ELECTRIC COMPONENTS Thanks to the usage of high quality components, flicker factor of LED PF is smaller than 3%. High values of this factor have negative effects on observer’s eye. Luminaires power system have additional anti overload, anti short circuit and thermal protection. Power supply is provided with correlation system of power factor – PFC, obtaining value over cos ϕ 0,95.

LIGHTING CONTROL SYSTEMS AND BUILDING AUTOMATION PXF Lighting offers comprehensive solutions in selection of optimal lighting control technologies based on 1-100 %, 1-10V,DALI systems and olutions for dynamic lighting control systems based on DMX512 protocol. Company also offers support in choosing systems enabling automation and integration of all the installations that can be found in the buildings. Basing on that system we are able to build BMS (Building Management System) which in addition to lighting will be able to control heating, shutters, alarm systems and many other steering equipment, also through the Internet. ALUMINUM PROFILE OF THE SETTING

On PCB boards, LED light sources from reputable manufactures are mounted. They are characterized by their high lighting efficiency, color rendering factor CRI > 80 and durability to 50 000 hours. Power system is conducted via high-class AC which makes connection to 230 V network possible.

Luminaire uses LED technology in a created by PXF lighting modules with LED louvers. This solution embraces advantages of LED sources with louver constructions on traditional light sources. This way, amazing luminaire effectiveness on 116â&#x20AC;&#x2030;lm/W level and high level of reduction glare rate of the luminaires was gained.

Luminaire body is made of high quality aluminum profile. In standard version it is painted grey. There is a possibility of painting it in any color from RAL palette. Aesthetic and modern shape allows to use luminaires in representative places, which emphasize their unique appearance.

International Protection Rating or Ingress Protection Rating – protection degree of electronic device from penetration of external conditions. Marking of IP degree consists of letters IP and two signs, in which the first means resistance to penetration of still bodies and second – to water. PXF luminaires have IP65 factor.

Dustproof luminaires produced by PXF Lighting meet requirements PN-EN ISO 14644-1:2002.
