Master Plan – Project Highlights
THE NEW UPPER SCHOOL HUB
We are thrilled to celebrate the completion of the Lower Colonnade Upper School Hub and Upper School Staff Offices. Upper School moved to their new home on Tuesday 27 August and on Wednesday 28 August Upper School students hosted a ‘Gratitude and Induction’ event. The official opening will be Tuesday 22 October.
GREY HOUSE PRECINCT
Excavation works at Grey House Precinct are nearly complete. Pouring of the ground floor slab of Grey House Precinct is also complete. Concrete pours will continue to the end of the school year.
VISION VALLEY
Works to the two outdoor learning structures, Wedgetail and Kookaburra, at Vision Valley are ongoing. These structures are due for completion at the end of October.
Traffic Hazard Awareness
The College is in the building stage of Grey House Precinct with large truck movements continuing for the next 18 months.
Large trucks will enter through Gate 3, travel past Centenary Car Park and along the College service road past the Agricultural Plot. Students, staff and visitors should NOT enter through Gate 3 on foot and only enter through the pedestrian gate with extreme care. Pedestrians should use extreme caution when walking through the campus, especially in and around the Gate 3 entrance.
No trucks are entering the College through Gate 1. We note that on occasion other services do have trucks parked on Avon Road near Gate 1 for works unrelated to the College.
