In addition, Pyramine's tailor-made property search tool will be at your disposal to assist you in analyzing and refining listings, presenting you with homes that we believe will satisfy your requirements and appreciate in value over time.

Once you receive mortgage pre-approval from one of our approved lenders through a third-party licensed mortgage broker, you will be able to secure Pyramine's highest down payment contribution. Pyramine's contribution can range from 5% to 15% of the buying price, with a maximum limit of $250,000.
