FUNDING REQUIREMENTS

à Pyramine Investment will require funding to cover its startup costs, including legal and regulatory compliance costs, technology and software expenses, marketing expenses, and operating costs. The company will also need funding to purchase its initial portfolio of real estate investments.

à The company will primarily raise funds from accredited investors and eligible investors, including individuals, institutional investors, and deferred fund plans such as RRSPs, TFSAs, RDSPs, RESPs, and LIRAs.

à The company will offer equity or debt financing, depending on the needs and preferences of its investors.

à Pyramine Investment will consider obtaining a fund from our Founders to cover its startup costs and fund its initial investments. This fund would be secured by the company's assets and would be paid back over a period of several years with interest.

à The company will also consider raising funds through an Offering Memorandum (OM) in the future, once it has established a track record of success and has a significant portfolio of real estate investments.
