Our story Q5 was born in 2009 as companies around the world faced the fallout of the worst financial crisis in generations. We believed we could offer something different to help global businesses respond more effectively to the challenges confronting them, with benefits that lasted beyond the four quarters of the financial year... into ‘Q5’.

Our work Q5 specialises in five key sectors: Media, Financial Services, Retail, Infrastructure and Public Sector. We focus our delivery into these sectors on our core offerings of: strategy, design, process, people and change.

Offerings STRATEGY Set the right direction. We help our clients to ‘think big’ and realise their potential. It’s about creating strategies that are clear, implementable and that deliver results.
DESIGN Fit for purpose organisation design. We help clients design a fit-forpurpose structure that is scalable for their future ambitions. Our approach to organisation design places our clients at the heart of the process. We provide rigour - our methods and OD toolkit are frequently described as ‘the best around’.
PROCESS Efficient and value adding. We help clients identify and improve the processes that are the most core to their success as a business. We do not create mountains of process maps, which all too often get left unused on a shelf, we work with our clients to decide what work needs to get done to ensure everyone is clear about ownership of tasks and understands their role.
PEOPLE Engaged, aligned and motivated. We help clients to inspire their people to fully understand and connect with their roles in a new way - to think differently, behave differently and deliver results. We bring experience of what we have seen works, what doesn’t work and we always listen to what is going on in their organisation. We do not come with and preconceived ideas about what will work.
CHANGE Make it stick. We support our clients to manage change to their advantage, to understand what it feels like to experience change and build the skills they need internally. We give clients the tools to shape, plan, communicate and monitor activities to make the change ‘stick’.

Foundation It’s really important to us that Q5ers have the opportunity to support our charity partners by bringing their professional and personal expertise and experience to bear with ‘in kind support’. Organisations we have recently worked with include:
Suited & Booted is a charity that helps unemployed and low-income men get into employment by providing suitable interview clothing and mentoring.
The Cambodian Children’s Fund is an inspirational, Australian based charity delivery education, sustenance and hope to underprivileged children.
MQ: Transforming Mental Health has been formed to harness the power of a community of researchers, doctors, service users, families, advocates and funders to tackle mental illness. They want to better understand when mental health becomes mental illness.
Think Ahead are a face to face support charity who help to improve the quality of life of Stroke Survivors and Carers through awareness, activities and events.
