company. The activities of such kind are able to be included into software implementation and support process.
Software testing, web site testing or mobile application testing are most important constituents of any implementation process. It forms a significant phase of the whole implementation process.
Various QA activities deal with defects of different kinds. So they can be divided into such groups: 1. Bug preventing by error source removal or error blocking. This includes education and training, formal specification and verification, and proper selection and application of appropriate technologies, tools, processes, or standards. Different defect preventing activities usually take place on the early stages. 2.
Bug decrease by examination, analyses and software testing to identify and eliminate defects from software. Quality analyses and software testing usually accompany the progress from one phase or implementation activity to another.
3. Bug containment by error preventing, or error effect minimizing, to ensure software reliability and security. Defect containment activities commonly concentrate in the

final, operational phases of the implementation process. But their planning and realization have to be performed throughout the whole implementation process. Bug reduction techniques such as software testing or web site testing and examination are more popular than bug preventing activities, but bug containment cannot be also ignored as it plays an important role in QA.
