Trouble/Problem Report •
All troubles or defects found at the time of software testing should be documented by a Trouble/Problem Trouble Report
•
Copies of the Trouble/Problem Report will be sent to QA&I and the group performing software tests
•
The Trouble/Problem Report should serve as a basis for subsequent investigation of the trouble
System/Unit Test Report •
All tests cases conducted at the time of software testing should be documented with the use of Software Test Report
•
All Test Case Design specifications should be applied at the time of software testing
•
Copies of the System/Unit Test Report will be sent to QA&I and the software testing group
•
This Report should be used for both system and unit tests
Test Case Design •
The Test Methods should be performed in the Test Case Design document
•
The Test Case Design document should be the full set of test cases to be conducted at the time of software testing
•
All coding should receive baseline approval before software testing begins
•
All System/Unit test cases should receive baseline approval before coding begins
