Undertaking Service Agreement

Collaborate with the client to create and offer the Master Service Agreement (MSA) to position QBrainX as a primary resource vendor to locate and onboard talents based on the client's resource needs

QBrainX and the client agree to the provisions of the MSA and will embark on a new business partnership after additional assessments and rigorous analyses.

Combining client MSA terms & QBrainX’s legal terms, QBrainX initiates an agreement with resource supplier to set proper expectations.
