Executive chef/owner Sam Diminich’s newest restaurant opened to the public in late January 2023. Housed in Wesley Heights, Restaurant Constance is the fruition of a dream for Diminich and the next phase of growth for the Your Farms Your Table Restaurant Group, a creative culinary company Diminich launched during the pandemic to meet customer needs and support local farmers in the region.
