Our Family and Partners welcome you to our annual top Cut Female Sale. With an ever turbulent economic market, investing in a time tested breeding program makes more sense today then ever before in the history of our farm and ranch. There are several reasons why MCF females make a good investment, but we believe our 70% customer return speaks for itself. These cattlemen know the females will make money and will be in most cases more than a conservative and sound investment. The success stories of these customers are what completes our program. The fact that they return year after year for more of the same is very humbling. The Mid-Continent guarantee, ranch raised cattle, consistence and our genetic program are a few more reasons to invest in the program. Highlights include two of the best crossbred herdsire prospects we have raised (MCF Land Shark and MCF Super Stock, Lots 150 & 200 respectively). It also includes several donors, both open and bred females make-up our offering. We are offering some of our exclusive embryo matings that represent the very best genetics we have to offer. This auction will be broadcast on live internet feed with a booth at the Fall Classic to assist our Texas friends who are unable to attend. We hope the offering suits you. We have worked hard to bring them to you.

Introducing...
116U, Connie the Clone
116, A.K.A. Connie the Clone
116R was born in 1984 and Connie the Clone 116U was born this March. After looking at Connie many people have told us 116R was born long before her time. With that in mind she is arguably the most prolific dam and grandam of show steer champions in the past twenty years. Her more than modern cow look simply amazes us and we can not wait to use the orignal MCF power cow with today’s bulls. We cloned 116R because we never had the time to explore her maternal capabilities as she was in hard core show steer production during the most productive years of her life. During this time she could literally be described as the proverbial “cash cow.”

Volumes could be written on the success of the Georgina Angus cow family including a recent Denver Grand Champion Female and the reigning National Junior Champion owned female. This mating provides as close up to the original Georgina cow as can be found in existence. This almost identical mating (out of a maternal sister to 81L) produced MCF Cobra who’s brief existence gave us a memorable Kansas State Fair win and several herd sire prospects including Lot 150 MCF Super Stock and MCF Killer Instinct. MCF Warhorse continues to make his mark on the show calf industry and his daughters and sons have produced countless high sellers and champions. We thought the OCC influence that produced OCC Back Stop would put a stouter genetic base to the already highly successful Warhorse x Georgina mating that produced MCF Cobra. Note a full sister to MCF Cobra produced GOF All IN, an awesome TH & PHA free sire. Grant Krummel commented: All IN is the best looking most promising bull calf we’ve ever raised at Glen Oak Farms.
MCF Killer Instinct, sire of Lot 400A JSAR Super Charged 81LT (Georgina), a maternal sibling to Lot 450. The second high selling Angus female to Norman Farms of Illinois at last year’s sale.
GOF All In, the PHA and TH Free standout sire produced by Glen Oak Farms of Missouri. His dam is a full sister to MCF Cobra and was purchased at a past Top Cut Female Sale.
