The first action in this design is to change the original Franklin road to a new commercial Blvd to relink the site to the city center. Then place the new developed commercial and retail space along the Blvd. Next, the grenn system and landscape system will be reprogrammed along the river to link the city’s nature system. From the birdview, it is very clear to see the connection with the city and the water front green being connected.

There is a long valley from Iglesias city to the waterfront, and a long cliff mountainous coastline at the west. The big idea of the regional master plan is how to connect all the mine systems with the nature environment and eco system. The farmland, towns, santa barbara mine, red cliff, Monteponi routes, wetlands, dunes, beach and rilics are selected to compose this linear tourism system .
