[MEETING HERE] In the 12th Venice International Architecture Biennale, Kazuyo Sejima decided the theme of the exhibiton "People Meet in Architecture". She tried to re-establish the positive position of architecture through the exhibition of multiple ideas, clarify the life style and value of the 21st century, and help "people have relationship with architecture, and people have relationship with each other in architecture". A good architectural design does not lie in its novelty in form, but in its ability to make people feel love and emotion. With the development of the city, the expansion of space and the indifference of human feelings, I hope that through space design, people can regain comfort and warmth, so"Meeting Here" becomes the theme of my portfolio. During my university, I read Jan Gehl's book "Life Between Buildings". This book focuses on the study and evaluation of the quality of public space in cities and residential areas from the perspective of the requirements of people and their activities on the material environment, and analyzes in detail how to attract people to walk, rest, stop and play in public space, so as to promote people's social interaction. After I read it, I felt very deep that the creation of public space can magically unite the originally indifferent people together unconsciously, so I applied this concept to my residential area design. In the program of Solitary Youth Community, some young people who work in large cities and are far away from home meet here. They don't have enough economic conditions, and they don't have family and friends around. But because of this warm community, strange young people meet and get to know each other, which is a piece of comfort in the metropolis. I think the interaction between people is interesting, and buildings have emotion. I want to be not only a space builder, but also a humanistic architect to explore the relationship between architecture and people, and people to people.

Group of Working People Working people often have the need to work at home, their work and life are related closely. The daily life activities in p rivate sp ace need to be met, and their demand for entertainment space would be relatively less. The public co-working space also satisfies their living mode.

Group of Domestic People People who live at home will have higher requirements for the quality of their private life. Their work and life can be basically separated. There is no need to work at home and large reception space. Their public communication is mainly composed of daily entertainment activities.

Group of Social People Social people are very outgoing, they are willing to communicate and share with others. In private space, they need large living room to meet the needs of guests, and the layout of the space is flexible. When they gather in the public space, they form a large family and enhance their relationships.

Feixue temple in Tuzhu town was first built in Tang Dynasty, and then destroyed by flood. In 1989, the old temple was rebuilt. The overall layout of the temple is the style of the late Ming Dynasty. However, due to the limitation of the terrain, there are only two main halls. In the design, the Sutra Pavilion and the Gate hall are added. On both sides of the central axis are four side halls, and the front and rear sides are equipped with houses for monks and nuns.
