Aspire & Find out about how you can get involved with Aspire and help them raise money for WheelPower at the Bake Sale they are holding with Biomedics’ Society. Library Square, 11am- 4pm

Tower Hamlets Cemetery Park

Meet in Library Square to take part in this volunteering opportunity. We will be heading to Tower Hamlets Cemetery Park to help with clearing, gardening and maintenance duties in the park. 9.30am-4pm, sign-up to this opportunity beforehand at qmsu.org/ volunteering

Clothing Challenge

Sign-up to volunteer at the Whitechapel Mission and sort through the clothes donations they receive ready to hand out to homeless people. 8.15-1pm, meet on campus, sign-up to this opportunity beforehand at qmsu.org/volunteering

Chat with Charities

Come and speak with some of our partner charities about what volunteering opportunities they have that will fit around your studies and will help develop your skills for when you are searching for jobs. Blomeley Rooms, Students’ Union Hub, 12-3pm

ReachOut Mentor training

Want to fit volunteering around your timetable? You can with ReachOut. Your chosen project will be at the same time and place during the semester. Come along to this training session to hear more about their projects and to get trained as a mentor. Bancroft G.07, 6-9pm

Barts Community

Smiles B & Barts Community Smiles will be talking with the public about why looking after your oral health is important and how ti do so. 9am-5pm, The Barkantine Practice, E14 8JH

Canal Clean-up

Meet in Library Square to take part in this volunteering opportunity. No need to sign-up beforehand just turn up on the day. We will be heading to Regent’s canal to give it a well-deserved clean-up. All equipment will be provided for you, just make sure to wear sturdy shoes! Meet in Library Square, 12-2pm
