1. Iran Special Incentive (ISI) will take effect from Saturday, 21 December 2013, 00:01 HKST until Friday, 31 January 2014, 23:59 HKST. 2. The Iran Special Incentive (ISI) is open to all Iranian IRs (new and existing) who are registered under QInifinite Compensation Plan. 3. Non-renewed IRs must renew their IRship before they are allowed to participate in the Iran Special Incentive (ISI). 4. New IRs must be enrolled and achieve 3,000 BVs from retail sale or personal purchase of either Qualify or Repeat Products during the incentive period, to qualify for the Iran Special Incentive (ISI). 5. Existing unqualified IRs (i.e. IRs with no BV yet or with less than 500 BV) must achieve 3,000 BVs from retail sale or personal purchase of either Qualify or Repeat Products within the Incentive period, to qualify for the Iran Special Incentive. 6. Existing Qualified IRs must achieve 1,500 BVs from retail sale or personal purchase of either Qualify or Repeat Products within Incentive period, to qualify for the Iran Special Incentive. 7. Participating IRs can achieve the required BVs of 1,500 or 3,000 from either IR’s retail sales or personal purchase or combination of both of either Qualify or Repeat Products within the Incentive period. 8. Participating IRs can accumulate the required BVs of 1,500 or 3,000 from two or more order transactions of either Qualify or Repeat Products within the Iran Special Incentive period. 9. IRs who qualify for the Iran Special Incentive will have their Step Commissions calculated on a Commission pay level of USD 300 starting from the commission week of their qualification, for four (4) consecutive Quarters or one (1) year. 10. Participating IRs who violate the Policies & Procedures on Duplicate IRship will be disqualified from the promo. 11. Participating IRs who have achieved BV from transfer of ownership during the Iran Special Incentive period will not be counted towards the Incentive Program. 12. BV transferred from another IR’s purchase and/or from rectification of BV from retail customer’s purchase during the Iran Special Incentive promo period will not be counted towards the Incentive Programme. 13. QNET reserves the right to the final interpretation of the Incentive Program criteria, and Terms & Conditions. 14. QNET reserves the right to change the Incentive Program’s Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
