IB Diploma Programme

The IB Diploma Programme is an academically challenging and balanced programme of education with final examinations and assessments that prepare students, success at university and life beyond. The programme is taught over two years and has gained a reputation for its rigorous external assessment with published global standards, making this a qualification welcomed by universities worldwide. The award of the diploma requires candidates to study six subjects, a programme core, community action service hours, a 4000 word extended essay, as well as to score at least 24 points on internal and external assessments. Challenge Coin Recipients

Challenge coins capture the very essence of the military affiliation and instill pride in those who carry them. The coin presented today has the official seal of the United States Department of Defense on one side, and the El Rancho High School logo and school vision on the other side. The students listed below will be receiving a Challenge Coin.
