§ register at the community services office: memorial center - 3901 w. el segundo Blvd. or online at https://www.cityofhawthorne.org/parks-and-recs-home-page § registration requires youth consent form § all forms of payment accepted at memorial center § registration starts may 3, 2021 (space is limited) § cost: $40 § clinics are for boys and girls. § all participants must wear court shoes and shin guards (no cleats!) § for more information, call: community services department at (310) 349-1640.

sign-ups: July 6 through september 10 (or until league is full). fee: $60 clinics: september 11 and 18, 2021 draft: september 18, 2021 practices start: september 20, 2021 first game: september 25, 2021
