Spring has sprung, and so have the beautiful flowers! Preserve some memories and create unique art or gifts by pressing flowers! Here’s how…

1. Collect small flowers from your property, or storebought. Perhaps choose flowers that were gifted for Mother’s Day!

2. Arrange them neatly on a sheet of wax paper.

3. Once they’re laid out, press the flowers between another sheet of wax paper using a heavy object like a book or doorstop.

4. Leave the flowers pressed overnight, or until completely flattened.

Once the flowers are completely flat, you can laminate them into a bookmark, or arrange them in a frame!

*We encourage flowers be bought from the store or sourced from your own garden. If picking flowers from another source, we advise you that they be picked from a private property with the permission of the owner.
