The tables and the sofa will help limit traffic under the chandelier and thus secure the area. We recommend leaving a height of 90 cm (35.4 inches) between the tables and the lowest hanging part of the chandelier

Can I have Tuile de Cristal with a different metal finish, for example in copper metal or in color crystal?

• Each new finish (metallization, mass color, or by lacquer) need a technical qualification on a case by case basis. This process is an important investment in time and resources, therfore this demand can be conducted as a Special Affair, provided that the profitability criteria reach the threshold fixed on a case by case basis.

Can I have the Tuile de Cristal in another dimension?

• No

Can I have the Tuile de Cristal with another tile motif?

• Each new tile motif required the realization of a new mold. This process is an important investment in time and resources, therfore this demand can be conducted by Special Affairs, provided that the profitability criteria reach the threshold fixed on a case by case basis.

Can I install the diffuser in frosted and a cut clear crystal cup ( 15cm) adorned with a red octagon as Baccarat signature if I have the old version of the Tuile de Cristal chandelier?

• Yes, you need to order the diffuser in frosted glass adorned with a cut clear crystal cup with a red octagon in after sale service. Attention, the cup won't be lighted like the new version which has an additional bulb oriented to this cup. NB: the old chandelier, if modified, won't be anymore certified neither guaranteed by Baccarat.

Is there a special technique or way to instal my tiles?

• The tiles must be installed from right to left, starting from the chandelier inferior level. You just need to carefully fit them in the metal structure hooks. For the last tile of each level, you need to make it turn slightl to fit in.

Can I install my silver tiles in a different style (draughtboard, vertical lines) on my silver version chandelier?

• Yes, the client will find extra silver tiles in the packaging allowing them to play with the placement of the tiles. Attention, there could be sometime 2 clear or silver tiles side by side.

Is Tuile de Cristal compatible with an electrical installation with a wall dimmer?
