DRESS CODE


Ladies and Gentlemen this is Real Estate!

So dress to impress at all times!

We believe you are the front line to the image we strive to portray, you directly deal with the source that generates your income and looking the part is key to your confidence and looking professional. A strict dress code applies throughout the company and consists of the following: MEN

• Dark 2 piece suits • White long sleeve shirts only • Ties • Dark Shoes • Clean Underwear • Awesome socks

WOMEN

• Suits • Corporate dresses (Black, White, Grey & Navy) • Smart shoes (no flip flops, sandals or casual footwear) • Over the knee skirts • Shoulders to be covered outside the office


WORKING HOURS


9 -6 am

SUNDAY - THURSDAY Working hours are strictly between 9am & 6pm Sunday to Thursday… However, this means nothing to us. If you want to succeed in this industry and earn yourself a healthy bank balance standard working hours do not apply. Weekend viewings and late nights are a guarantee to the top of the food chain.

MONTHS PROBATIONARY PERIOD


ab c Our probation period is 3 months, we have this for a number of reasons:

We believe it takes around that time for you to truly understand whether this is the right path for you

EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT

It gives us time to asses whether you have come to terms with the fact this path may not be for you

It pushes both staff and company to show their true potential on how much they want to succeed

Once probation is complete a full time employment contract is released along with some juicy incentives to help get the ball rolling.

INCENTIVES


ANNUAL LEAVE


21

Once probation is complete 21 days annual leave is granted. This does not include local holidays of which there are plenty.

VACATION & TIME OUT IS PROMOTED within the company as we feel it’s a necessity for staff members to re-charge in order to keep business consistent.

Once the dream holiday ends, its back to BLOOD, SWEAT AND TEARS.


50% COMMISSION


So this is the fun part, this is the part where opportunity meets reality and an uncapped source of income is within your grasp. Large sum’s of TAX-FREE MONEY are floating around for the taking you just need work hard and grab it. It can literally change your life.

And this is how it works…

YES THAT’S CORRECT! 50% of what you bank for the company you are taking home that month. Commissions are paid at the end of each month providing the funds are cleared in our account.

INCENTIVES


Incentives are a crucial part to any sale floor, however, we’ve decided to crank things up a notch offering more incentives than any other brokerage in the UAE. We believe that if you are prepared to give us more then we are prepared to give you just as much back.

Below is a list of some incentives currently being used: • • • •

On Completing probation a bespoke tailor made suit is awarded as a congratulations On Completing probation 1 return flight is granted to the equivalent of AED 2,000 If you hit your monthly target, all figures for that month will be paid at 55% Every Thursday all members of staff can enjoy a complimentary clean shave and a haircut during work hours. • Monthly Dart board challenge – giving agents the opportunity to win small prizes, large prizes, Days off and much more. • On completing probation a discounted company Audi A3 is on offer • Once you hit your yearly target your car will be upgraded to the Audi A4 Unbranded with the extra cost paid by the company for the following 12 months • If you double your yearly target we quite simply double your car with the choice of a Audi Q7 or A5 Convertible • Triple your target and a brand new luxurious RS5 is yours

TARGETS


TO SUCCEED YOU MUST EAT, BREATH AND LIVE YOUR TARGETS.

Below is your monthly achievable targets for each department. By the end of probation you are expected to be hitting just over or just below your target.

IN HOUSE REFERRALS


This can become as complicated as you want it to be… The short of it is as follows. If you refer a Buyer, Seller, Landlord or Tenant to a colleague and the deal gets closed you’re entitled to 20% for the commission. The rules are as follows: • • • •

The lead must be sent through our CRM system prop space for it to be valid The agent receiving the lead must not already be dealing with the client Once the lead is passed over only the agent receiving can deal with it for the reason it was sent Each referral can only be paid out once This is a great way to earn some very easy cash. Example: You speak with a landlord who is now looking to sell NOT rent his villa in the Springs due to cash flow problems. You (the smart agent) refers the lead across to the Springs sales specialist who by chance has a buyer for that particular unit. The deal gets closed and you get paid. Let’s do the math’s – Average price of a Springs villa is AED 2.5 Million 2% of 2,500,000 = AED 50,000 20% of 50,000 = AED 10,000 Congratulations!! You have just banked AED 10,000 from 1 simple call.

SICK LEAVE


Sick leave is looked at on a case by case basis and at the companies discretion days can be deducted from remaining Annual Leave.

What we do require is all call in the morning with the reason and your location in case of any emergencies.

IF YOU ARE OFF FOR OVER 2 DAYS A STAMPED DOCTOR’S NOTE WILL BE REQUIRED.


COMPANY PROPERTY


When we say company property we mean anything that belongs to us not you. This includes computers, company cars, stationery, chairs, desks etc… I’M SURE YOU GET THE POINT!

All we ask is that you respect it as it was your own, we understand that accidents happen and things get misplaced but THEFT AND GENERAL NEGLIGENCE WILL NOT BE TOLERATED AT ANY POINT.


COMPANY SIM CARDS AND MOBILE PHONES


you will be issued with a Mobile Phone & Pay as you Go Sim Card to help you get started.

If a retro post millennium Nokia is not to your taste you are more than welcome to use your own handset.

We strongly advise that emails and internet can be received to your phone, “minutes� in Emirates Mall can help with unlocking phones if need be.


COMPANY CARS


First things first… !!! The roads in Dubai may be a little wilder than your home town so make sure you STAY ALERT.

From a company side you are the most valuable asset we have so we need you fit and well at all times so stay safe and take it easy, regardless of being late for that one meeting you can’t be late for.

Our branded cars are a direct extension of who we are as a company and a key element to our branding. Be proud of the company you represent and keep the cars looking good. Branded cars must be kept clean at all times and weekly inspections will be run by management. Branded Audi’s will be issued once your visa is processed and probation is complete.

Quantum offers agents discounted rates on all company cars and this will include servicing and insurance. It’s the agent’s responsibility to pay for Salik, oil, petrol and any violations


HEALTH INSURANCE


Although Quantum offers free health insurance, this will only start once probation is complete.

We recommend you take out travel insurance from your home country for the 3 month period so you are fully covered if anything was to happen.

AFTER PROBATION YOU WILL BE BRIEFED ON THE FULL PACKAGE AVAILABLE TO YOU.


LATENESS


Just the word is enough to make our blood boil, TIME KEEPING AND ORGANIZATION IS AN ESSENTIAL PART OF OUR JOB and if you can’t simply make it in for 9am we have a big problem.

If you are the type of person who likes to turn up to work as and when they choose I can assure this job is not for you. WE’RE ABOUT SERVICE, DEDICATION, HARD WORK AND MAKING MONEY IF YOU CAN’T GET THE BASICS RIGHT WHAT CHANCE DO YOU HAVE OF SUCCEEDING. Point made. End of Story.


DISCIPLINARY PROCESS


Hopefully this will never become a part of your time here at Quantum but must be addressed none the less.

WE WORK ON A 4 STRIKE PROCESS. Verbal warnings, written warnings, final warnings and termination of employment. Each warning can have an impact on your title, incentives and car level.

TERMINATION

Warnings will be issued at the company’s discretion. Dependent on the gravity of the situation final warning and termination of employment can be issued on the spot without prior incidents.


EMPLOYMENT CONTRACTS


EMPLOYMENT CONTRACTS ARE USED IN LABOR LAW TO PROTECT BOTH EMPLOYER AND EMPLOYEE and are an essential part to any business. It outlines all aspect of your job and is to be read carefully and understood before signing.

Employment contracts will be issued on the employee accepting the offer letter from the employer.

THE AGREEMENT IS SUBJECT TO A 3 MONTH PROBATION PERIOD


RERA CARDS


RERA stands for “Real Estate Regulatory Agency” Its the governing body that oversees the whole Dubai Real Estate market. Once your visa is in place you will need to take a 2 day course and a 50 questions exam to be a certified broker in Dubai.

Your RERA card/certificate is mandatory by law and costs AED 2,500 paid for by the employeev.

Regardless of your experience in Real Estate this is exam is not to be taken lightly, 80% is the pass rate and some of the questions can be pretty confusing. STUDY HARD AND LISTEN ON THE 2 DAY COURSE AND YOU WILL ALWAYS BE OK.

Once you have the RERA card it’s under your name not the companies.

Quantum can offer installment plans for the payment if required.

is permitted outside the office building only.

As a company we need to make sure that you are HAPPY AND COMFORTABLE IN YOUR SURROUNDINGS.

We can offer guidance on all different locations to cater for all staff members situations. We have numerous contacts that can help from flat shares in the Marina to villas on the palm.
