Day 1 | Friday: PAPEETE, TAHITI

Embarkation 2.30-4 p.m at Papeete Port, Tahiti. Afternoon sailing to Bora Bora. Welcome dinner and overnight at sea.

Day 2 | Saturday: BORA BORA

Early morning sailing into Bora Bora lagoon with Mount Otemanu standing tall in the center. We will be spending 2 days in this paradise and choose from a variety of optional activities: Bora Bora Cultural Tour by 4x4, snorkeling with Stingrays and Sharks, Open air Lagoon Aquarium experience, The Bora Bora tour by “le Truck” and more. Overnight at anchor.

Day 3 | Sunday: BORA BORA – HUAHINE

We continue our optional Bora Bora activities. After lunch we cruise the Bora Bora lagoon and sail to Huahine. Overnight at anchor inside the lagoon.

Day 4 | Monday: HUAHINE

Huahine, an immense tropical jungle, maintains the largest concentration of ancient marae (temples) in French Polynesia. Optional half day or full day tours by 4x4 vehicle around the island and a boat excursion. Overnight at anchor.

DAY BY DAY

Day 5 | Tuesday: HUAHINE – TAHA’A

Early morning sailing and arrival to nearby Taha, sharing a magnificent lagoon with Raiatea. Optional half day excursion by 4x4 to discover its luxurious tropical vegetation, visit a pearl farm and a traditional vanilla plantation and the magnificent turquoise bay of Haamene. Afternoon at leisure to enjoy the island’s beaches. Overnight at anchor.

Day 6 | Wednesday: TAHA’A - RAIATEA

We sail inside the lagoon to reach nearby Raiatea. Optional excursion to the Faaroa River, French Polynesia’s only navigable river, by kayak with your expert guide. Visit the ancient marae temple at Taputapuatea, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Late in the evening we sail to Moorea. Overnight at sea.

Day 7 | Thursday: MOOREA

This morning we reach Moorea, a geographical marvel. Eight voluminous mountain peaks rise from its translucent lagoon. Choose from 2 optional excursions, a Snorkeling and ray feeding tour or the 3 Coconuts Hiking tour. Farewell Dinner and overnight at anchor.

Day 8 | Friday: PAPEETE, TAHITI

Early morning sailing and arrival in Papeete. Disembarkation at 9 to 10 am.

Itineraries can be changed at the discretion of Variety Cruises and of the Vessel’s Captain in case of adverse weather conditions - winds of 6/7 beaufort or more depending on the vessel - on port authorities not allowing a vessel to leave port or in case of other extraordinary conditions. Such itinerary changes do not automatically entitle passengers to any refunds but Variety Cruises guarantees that disembarkation of passengers shall take place at the advertised port of disembarkation on time for guests flights.
