Panama Canal
Day 1 | Saturday: PUERTO CALDERA – QUEPOS, COSTA RICA
Embarkation at 3 – 4 p.m. Sailing to Quepos. Overnight at Anchor.
Day 2 | Sunday: QUEPOS – PLAYA BIESANZ, COSTA RICA
Optional excursion to Manuel Antonio Reserve with zodiacs. Lunch onboard and then another optional excursion to Forest Canopy. Afternoon sailing to Playa Biesanz for swimstop. Tropical evening onboard and late night sailing to Drake Bay. Overnight at sea.
Day 3 | Monday: DRAKE BAY – GOLFITO, COSTA RICA
Optional excursion to CORCOVADO National Park/ OSA Peninsula for wild life animal watching. Swimmers will have the opportunity to swim with dolphins, marlins and pilot whales. Early afternoon sailing to Golfito. Immigration procedures at anchor.

DAY BY DAY
Day 4 | Tuesday: GRANITO DE ORO – COIBA, PANAMA
Midday arrival in Granito de Oro for swimming and snorkeling. Deck BBQ and sailing to Coiba island. Afternoon walking tour with a Ship Naturalist to discover the local forest and animal life. Free time for swimming and snorkeling on Coiba. Afternoon sailing and overnight at sea to Playa Muerto.
Day 5 | Wednesday: IGUANA ISLAND, PANAMA
Morning arrival at Iguana Island, where passengers will enjoy bird watching. Free time for swimming and snorkeling in this snorkeling and diving paradise.
Day 6 | Thursday: PLAYA MUERTO, PANAMA
Optional excursion in the Darien National Park. We will be welcomed by local Indian inhabitants, known for their handicrafts and well preserved traditions. Lunch onboard and sailing to Panama City Flamenco Marina.

Day 7 | Friday: PANAMA CITY – FLAMENCO MARINA – PANAMA CANAL CROSSING, PANAMA
Morning optional excursion. Lunch onboard and ship positioned at the Canal Entrance for the Canal Transit at 17:00. We reach and cross the Pedro Miguel and Miraflores before we enter the Gatun Lake and cross the Gatun Locks.
Day 8 I Saturday: COLON – COLON 2000 PORT, PANAMA
Disembarkation after breakfast at 8 – 9 a.m.
Itineraries can be changed at the discretion of Variety Cruises and of the Vessel’s Captain in case of adverse weather conditions - winds of 6/7 beaufort or more depending on the vessel - on port authorities not allowing a vessel to leave port or in case of other extraordinary conditions. Such itinerary changes do not automatically entitle passengers to any refunds but Variety Cruises guarantees that disembarkation of passengers shall take place at the advertised port of disembarkation on time for guests flights.
