Day 1 I Sunday: TEL AVIV/ HERZLIYA MARINA, ISRAEL
Embarkation at 13:30pm. Enjoy a welcome drink and meet your crew and fellow passengers. Departure to Port Said and overnight at sea.
Day 2 I Monday: PORT SAID, EGYPT
Morning arrival in Port Said. Optional all-day excursion to Cairo. Return to the ship by 22:00 for the ship to join the Canal Convoy at 22:30. Overnight crossing the Suez Canal.
Day 3 I Tuesday: SUEZ CANAL CROSSING, EGYPT
Day crossing the Suez Canal. Lecture by our onboard Egyptologist. Afternoon canal exit in Suez and overnight at sea to Hurghada.

Day 4 I Wednesday: GUBAL ISLANDS OR EL GOUNA – HURGHADA, EGYPT
Deck BBQ Lunch and afternoon swim stop in Gubal or El Gouna, to explore the diverse and colorful underwater world off the coast of Egypt. Afternoon sailing to Hurghada. Overnight in port.
Day 5 I Thursday: HURGHADA – LUXOR, EGYPT
Morning bus transfer to Luxor for a two day/one-night land trip (including transfers and overnight at a deluxe hotel, shore excursions are optional). After checking in at your hotel, optional excursion to Karnak and Luxor Temples. Overnight in your hotel.
Day 6 I Friday: LUXOR – HURGHADA, EGYPT
Early morning optional excursion to West Bank section of Luxor, the Valley of the Kings, the Hatshepsut Temple, the Colossi of Memnon. Return to the ship in Hurghada this afternoon. Overnight at sea.
Day 7 I Saturday: AQABA, JORDAN
Mid-day arrival in Aqaba. Optional WADI RUM excursion. The dessert of Wãdi Ramm, translated either as “Valley of light sand” or as “Roman Valley”, known also as “Valley of the Moon”, is the largest desert valley (wadi) in Jordan, and since 2005 has become one of UNESCO’s protected World Heritage Sites. Overnight in Aqaba port.
Day 8 I Sunday: AQABA, JORDAN
Disembarkation after breakfast at 8 to 9 am.
Note: clients disembarking in Aqaba have the option to 1) take an optional all day excursion transfer to Tel Aviv or Jerusalem on day which includes a stop in Masada and lunch OR 2) Take an optional Jordan land Tour ending in Amman or in Tel Aviv as a transfer is possible to be organized between Amman and Tel Aviv.
Itineraries can be changed at the discretion of Variety Cruises and of the Vessel’s Captain in case of adverse weather conditions - winds of 6/7 beaufort or more depending on the vessel - on port authorities not allowing a vessel to leave port or in case of other extraordinary conditions. Such itinerary changes do not automatically entitle passengers to any refunds but Variety Cruises guarantees that disembarkation of passengers shall take place at the advertised port of disembarkation on time for guests flights.
