Day 1 (Sunday, May 18, 2025) – Arrive Nashville. Welcome to Nashville, everyone! We’re starting our first domestic tour in the heart of Music City, where the sounds of country, rock, and blues blend to create an unforgettable experience. Tonight, after checking into our hotel, we'll be kicking off our stay with a warm Southern welcome reception, then we’ll move to dinner at Luke Comb’s Category 10. Opening in November 2024, it will be Nashville’s biggest stage and dance floor with indoor/outdoor rooftop. But that's not all we're in for a special treat! We're honored to have the esteemed travel writer and author of 100 Things to Do in Nashville Before You Die, Tom Adkinson, joining us. He'll be sharing stories from his hometown, insights into the rich history and culture of Nashville, and an autographed copy of his book. Meals Included: Kickback Reception at Hotel (appetizers and beverages), Dinner.
Day 2 (Monday, May 19, 2025) – Nashville. This morning, we'll meet for a personal guided tour of the Country Music Hall of Fame and then embark on a riding tour through the streets of Nashville where you'll get a close-up view of the sites that make this world class city one of the top visited places in the United States including Nissan Stadium, Ryman Auditorium, the historic Arcade, Woolworth's where the late Rep. John Lewis participated in the civil rights sit-in's, Music City Walk of Fame, TN State Capitol, Marathon Motor Works, Antique Archeology store from the American Pickers tv show, The Parthenon at Centennial Park, Belmont Mansion, Music Row and more. Our private Tour Conductor will provide information and stories about all the places we'll see. We’ll break for lunch to enjoy on your own. Our recommendations are 5th+ Broadway Assembly Food Hall, an innovative culinary selection with entertainment in the heart of downtown or the legendary Hattie B’s Hot Chicken, a family-owned Nashville hot chicken joint, if you’re feeling brave Afterward, we'll step into the hallowed halls of The Ryman Auditorium, the original home of the Grand Ole Opry, known as the "Mother Church of Country Music," and experience the rich history and acoustics of this iconic venue and take a picture and maybe even sing on stage of this famous venue. You’ll be on your own tonight to discover why it’s called Music City. Stop in any of the Honky Tonks where the music from the street invites you in. We’ll recommend Honky Tonks you don’t want to miss and dinner suggestions. Meals Included: Breakfast, Kickback Reception at Hotel
Day 3 (Tuesday, May 20, 2025) – Nashville. Enjoy a leisurely start today just in case you stayed at the Honky Tonks too late! Breakfast is available at the hotel or take a brief walk to the locals’ favorite Pancake Pantry for a late breakfast/early lunch. In the afternoon, we’ll tour The Hermitage, the historic home of President Andrew Jackson, where we'll immerse ourselves in the rich history of this beautiful estate and enjoy a wine tasting. From there, we head to Paula Deen's Family Kitchen for dinner before enjoying a live performance of the longest radio show in history at the Grand Ole Opry, the heart and soul of country music. Meals Included: Breakfast, Wine Tasting, Dinner.
Day 4 (Wednesday, May 21, 2025) – Nashville. Today, we'll start our day with a visit to the stunning 55acre Cheekwood Estate & Gardens, where we'll stroll through beautifully landscaped grounds and vibrant seasonal displays. The family is known for their Maxwell House Coffee that President Theodore Roosevelt said was “good to the last drop.” Next, we'll have lunch at the Belle Meade Meat & Three, then explore the historic Belle Meade Historic Site, where we’ll learn about the family’s Thoroughbred horse racing making the Belle Meade silks the longest running in the country, the lives of the enslaved who became contract employees after the Civil War, and an optional wine and bourbon tasting. Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch, Kickback Reception at Hotel
Day 5 (Thursday, May 22, 2025) – Franklin. Today, we'll take a delightful journey just outside of Nashville to the historic town of Franklin. Our day begins with the fully narrated Franklin Trolley Tour, where we'll explore the heart of Downtown Franklin, known for its rich Civil War history and beautifully preserved 19th-century buildings. As we travel through the quaint streets, we’ll hear captivating stories of the town's past and the events that shaped this vibrant community. Our tour includes a visit to The Carnton Plantation, an estate built in 1826 that became a makeshift hospital following the Battle of Franklin one of the Confederate Army's most devastating defeats during the Civil War. We'll learn about Carrie McGavock's heroic efforts to care for the wounded and ensure the fallen were given a final resting place. Next, we’ll stop at the Carter House, another significant site from the Battle of Franklin. You’ll see firsthand the bullet holes that pierced the house while the family took refuge in the basement. After the tour, there will be time to savor lunch at one of Franklin’s many charming restaurants and explore the local boutiques for some unique shopping. To end the day, we’ll gather for a memorable closing dinner at Puckett’s, a beloved local spot that once served as a grocery in downtown Franklin. Meals Included: Breakfast, Dinner.
Day 6 (Friday, May 23, 2025) – Depart Nashville. We say Goodbye ya’ll! We hope you enjoyed seeing all sides of Nashville and Middle Tennessee. Safe travels home, and we look forward to welcoming you on another QTS adventure soon! Meals Included: Breakfast.

OPTIONAL: Day 6 (Friday, May 23, 2025) – Lynchburg. Take a ride into Southern Middle Tennessee and Walking Horse Country to Lynchburg, TN. Despite being the home of Jack Daniel’s Distillery, it is a dry county. We’ll tour the famous distillery known all around the world and have a little tasting. Lunch is at Miss Mary Bobo’s Boarding House where mouth-watering Southern dishes have been served for as long as whiskey’s been made in Lynchburg. On the way back to Nashville, we’ll stop at Cascade Hollow Distilling Co. Home of the George Dickel Distillery, a smaller scale whiskey producer in a beautiful setting. Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch.
