Instead, selected candidates are invited to an intensive two-day Recruitment Camp, during which you will get a chance to meet our founding fathers and to learn more about Quartz+Co and what it is like to work as a management consultant – while we get the opportunity to learn why you want to join our team and contribute to our journey. The Recruitment Camp offers a combination of case interviews, personal insight and development opportunities as well as group exercises on business dilemmas. You will also receive inspirational content which will help guide your career choices. If we meet your expectations, and you meet ours, you will leave the Camp with a contract.
