RESULTS WITHOUT RELATIONSHIPS ARE JUST HARD NUMBERS Quartz+Co Recruitment Camp Copenhagen, February 25-27, 2015 At Quartz+Co, we consider relationships a prerequisite for delivering strong results, and vice versa. We are now looking for talented individuals to join us on our journey towards building a small giant within management consulting. To us, personality and qualifications are as interdependent as results and relationships. Therefore, we have taken a more holistic approach to recruitment and invite selected candidates to the Quartz+Co Recruitment Camp – an intensive two-day recruiting experience. Over the two days, you will meet potential new colleagues up close and get the chance to show us who you are. You will be challenged through a combination of interviews and group exercises on business dilemmas to help you – and us – find out whether a career at Quartz+Co is the right choice for you. If we meet your expectations and you meet ours, you will leave the camp with a contract.
To qualify for the camp, you must: •
Be enrolled in a master’s degree programme and graduate within approximately one year

Be able to attend the camp in Copenhagen on February 25-27
•
Send us your application, including 1) your resume, 2) transcripts and 3) a 2-minute video or a 1,000-word essay about the best result you have ever been part of creating and the strongest relationship you have ever developed
