The objective of the first round is to test your analytical and interpersonal capabilities and see how you match the expectations for a Quartz+Co consultant. During the first interview session, you will receive a quantitative test, which seeks to examine your numerical skills and your ability to solve small arithmetic problems under time pressure. Following, you will be interviewed by two consultants who give feedback on the numerical test as well as provide you with an impression of what it is like to work at Quartz+Co. You will also be given a case or two to be solved during the interview with limited preparation time. The purpose of these cases is to test your ability to structure, solve and present a complex problem.
In round 2, the objective is to thoroughly review your background and motivation as well as test your industry and sector knowledge to determine at which level of our career model you belong. You will be interviewed by two consultants and given one or two cases that seek to confirm your business sense and interpersonal people skills.
In the last round, you will be interviewed by two of our partners, and the objective of this last session is to clarify any remaining questions from both sides. If any uncertainties still remain, the partners might present an additional case for you to be solved unprepared. During the session, there will also be a discussion of the potential start time and terms of employment.
