Technology We are continually searching for ways to improve our efficiency through the use of technology both throughout our building capability and management systems. Our integrated management system consists of using a complete cloud based IT solution through our IT services provider, Base 3 as well as a streamlined construction management software package, CHEOPS.

Training & Professional Development We believe our people are our most valuable offering to our Clients. We have an ongoing training and professional development programme which we utilize regularly to continually reinvest in the job knowledge of our staff and ultimately provide our Clients with a professional service.
Our History From the business’s inception in 2006 where our first project opportunity was created from the idea of designing, procuring and constructing a small shed extension at a rural property for a private client to the business that we are today which is responsible for employing numerous skilled people and delivering multi-million dollar construction projects across a range of different sectors and locations.

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Management Rogroup recongises its duty for ensuring the safety and health of all staff, sub-contractors and visitors to our construction sites in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1984. We are committed to becoming one of the industry’s future leaders. Our Safety Management System is currently being prepared in accordance with AS/NZS4801:2001 which will be designed to provide a safe working environment for all staff, sub-contractors and visitors alike.
Environment From design to delivery, we endeavor to use best practice sustainable solutions where possible and as directed by our Clients. Our team of skilled and experienced personnel ensures sound management practices and controls are in place to guide our approach for sustainable outcomes. We aim to incorporate environmental and sustainable principles into each project at the design phase: • Statutory and legislative obligations are met • Best environmental engineering practices are used to recycle, conserve resources and prevent pollution • Any harmful impact on surrounding communities is minimized.

Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) We encourage Clients to engage our services at the design and planning stages of projects. Our early engagement business model allows us to assist with the construction methodology resolving potential issues which may be associated with sequence planning and programming before they occur and ensues that the people and resources are available to progress as quickly as possible. While we encourage a whole of business approach, we understand that for some projects this will not be suitable and we work with clients to tailor our services to fit their needs.

Fast Track Prisoner Accommodation Project Western Australia Rogroup was contracted for the install of roof cladding to Five Prisoner Accommodation buildings for the Department of Corrective Services located at the Hakea, Casuarina & Albany Regional Prison sites in Western Australia. Each building consisted of 2000 m² of proprietary insulated roof panels & associated flashings specifically designed to meet technical architectural specifications. We provided all services, materials and logistics required for completion of cladding & roof plumbing works. Client: Broad Construction Services Project Value: $50 million est. Completed March 2011.
Rolling Stock Yard Project - Port Hedland Western Australia Rogroup managed a range of construction services which were provided to the Main Contractor & Client including structural steel and tilt panel erection, roof plumbing and crane & labor hire. The project consisted of a 4,000m² of warehouse including a locomotive maintenance unit located in a remote location in Western Australia. Client: Highline Project Value: $30 million est. Completed March 2008.
800 Man Mining Camp Accommodation - Christmas Creek Western Australia Our cranes and heavy lift logistics division Rogroup installed a temporary accommodation camp situated at Christmas Creek mine site 215km south east of Marble Bar. Panel Lift was contracted to provide equipment, personal and lifting solutions to install prefabricated modular building units to accommodate up to 800 personnel on this particular mine site. The modular units are 14.0m in length x 4.2m wide and weigh 20t each and were typically stacked across 2 stories. Client: Complete Steel Project Value: $48 million est. Completed March 2011.

Roy Hill Accommodation Facilities - Pilbara Western Australia Rogroup’s Erection Services division was contracted to erect 200 tonne of structural steel for the new Roy Hill mine site accommodation village in Roy Hill WA. United Voice - East Perth Western Australia Rogroup’s Erection Services division was contracted to erect 400 precast floor beams and 160 precast panels for the new multi-storey mixed use development in East Perth WA. Coca-Cola Amatil Distribution Centre - Hazelmere Western Australia Rogroup’s Erection Services division was contracted to erect 1200 tonne of structural steel, 200 precast panels and 100 delta-planks for the new Coca-Cola distribution centre in Hazelmere WA. The team consisted of full erection and on-site fabrication crew, Contract Manager, Site Supervisor, Riggers & Doggers, Crane Operators and Boiler Makers and all associated equipment. The facility consists of 55,000sqm of ambient high bay storage, cool rooms and office space. Client: Gavin Construction Project Value: $40 million Completed July 2011.
Cameron Australia - Welshpool Western Australia Rogroup’s Erection Services division was contracted to erect 550 tonne of structural steel, 100 tilt-up panels for the new pressure testing facility in Kewdale WA. The team consisted of full erection crew, Contract Manager, Site Supervisor, Riggers & Doggers, Crane Operators and Boiler Makers and all associated equipment. Rogroup also undertook further works providing labour and equipment solutions to GFWA constructing sub ground structures. Southern Metropoliton Regional Council - Canning Vale Western Australia Rogroup’s Erection Services division was contracted to erect 90 tonne of structural steel, 70 tilt-up panels for the new scrap metal recycling facility in Canningvale WA. The team consisted of a full erection and onsite fabrication crew consisting of a Contract Manager, Site Supervisor, Riggers & Doggers, Trades Assistants, Roof Plumbers, Crane Operators and Boiler Makers and all associated equipment provided to the Client to erect the structural steel and complete the building envelope with cladding and concrete tilt panel erection. Commercial Warehouse & Office Department - East Victoria Park Western Australia Rogroup provided a range of services to the Builder, Coney Ivanhoe Construction from project initiation through to construction completion, fit-out and handover. The project consisted of 3 no. commercial office and warehouse units located in East Victoria Park, WA. Rogroup’s scope included the project and construction management of the major building elements including structural steel and tilt panel erection, cladding and roof plumbing, interior fit-out and plumbing and drainage. Client: ACW Project Value: $2 million Completed December 2010.
Kwinana Shredder Mechanical Installation Project - Naval Base Western Australia Rogroup provided a Construction Management team responsible for the demolition, civil works and reconstruction of a scrap metal recycling plant in Naval Base, Western Australia. We provided a full shutdown crew consisting of a Construction Manager, Site Supervisor, Riggers, Crane Operators, Trades Assistants, Boiler Makers and Mechanical Fitters and all associated equipment provided to the Client to deliver the project up to and including the Testing & Commissioning Phase. Client: OneSteel Recycling Project Value: $2 million est. Completed March 2009.
Transport and Logistics - Christmas Creek Western Australia Rogroup transported 500 tonne of heavy structural steel from Fremantle wharf to Christmas Creek Mine Site Western Australia. The scope consisted of liaising with local utilities, client and other stakeholders to have all freight removed from the wharf in the allotted time allocated, transport to lay down area to repack for the 1400km journey to the Pilbara. Southern Steel Office & Manufacturing Warehouse - Hope Valley Western Australia The project consisted of 10,000m² of warehouse and office space. Our roofing division, Rogroup was involved in the delivery of the cladding and roof plumbing components during construction phase. We provided all necessary labour, materials, equipment and logistics required to successfully deliver the cladding and roof plumbing works. Client: Savills / Incoll Project Value: $20 million est. Linfox Transport & Logistics Facility - Hazelmere Western Australia Rogroup managed a range of construction services which were provided to the main Contractor and Client including structural steel and precast panel erection, roof plumbing and crane & labour hire. High Risk Backflow Prevention - Perth Metro Western Australia Rogroup’s Plumbing and Hydraulic Services division was contracted to investigate the state of backflow in a number of commercial properties, shopping centres and hospitals throughout WA. A number of new high risk and medium risk backflow prevention devices where installed on properties domestic & fire service boundary and internal connections. All works were tested, serviced and commissioned and made compliant to the relevant codes and standards.
