WELCOME
On behalf of everyone here at the Queensland Conservatorium Griffith University, I invite you to join our community as part of the Young Conservatorium, whether as a student or supporter.
Boasting a variety of programs, from the developing stages in childhood through to the senior years of schooling, Young Conservatorium is an excellent choice when considering music education of the highest quality.
Programs are designed to create a musical pathway from preschool, through primary and secondary school in preparation for further music study. For the ‘forever young’, there are opportunities too, simply to nurture or evolve your love of music life-long.
Students can choose from individual tuition, large ensembles, chamber groups and musicianship classes, and will benefit from numerous workshop and recital opportunities with Queensland Conservatorium staff and guest clinicians, all designed to equip students with quality musical experiences.
Young Conservatorium is dedicated to providing the highest calibre of music education for Queenslanders, achieving this through the provision of an educational environment that fosters the artistic, intellectual, and personal growth of its students preparing them to become the music advocates and professionals of tomorrow. We look forward to welcoming you to join us as part of the Conservatorium family.
Professor Bernard Lanskey, Director Queensland Conservatorium Griffith University
