La Vida Bella must be well represented at all times which will help build upon our future success and endeavors. The information provided in this manual is vital to our company. Logo will not be typed out randomly without all A’s lining up. d. Logo will not be stretched. e. Logo will not be squished or squeezed out of proportion. f. Logo will not be typed in ANY other colors than assigned company colors. g. Colors of logo will not be switched around. h. Logo will not be typed in any other typeface other than the designated typeface.

This form of the logo will only appear under certain circumstances where the logo can’t fit as a whole.

Stationery System

To Whom it may concern, We are excited to have you join our team and look forward to working with you. As we spoke of earlier, the first 90 days of your employment will be considered an introductory period after which you will be considered a regular employee. This introductory period will be used to provide training in the following skills which are necessary to complete your job responsibilities. This individualized training will be incorporated into your regular training schedule that will teach you the policies and procedures. Once again let me convey how happy I am to have you join our staff. It is my intention to make your time here productive and professionally rewarding.

La Vida Bella stationery system includes a letter head, mailing envelope & business card. Each item within in the stationery follows the same design methods where the La Vida Bella logo is clearly seen with diagonal slashes accompanying the item.

Employee Uniforms

The casual dress shirts are to be worn by La Vida Bella managers. The tie is an accessory to the shirt. Nothing should cover up the logo placed onto the shirt.

The V-neck T-shirts are to be worn by the female employees. Nothing must cover the logo placed on the left side of the shirt.

These shirts are to be worn by male employees of La Vida Bella. Nothing must cover the logo placed on the left side of the shirt.

Employee name tags are to be pinned onto the employee shirt and be visible at all times. The name tag is pinned onto the shirt with a secure backing.

The company vehicle is a 2012 Chevrolet Aveo. Base color of the car is white with the company website on back doors and logo on the 2 front doors. La Vida Bella signature slashes and colors are featured on the car giving recognition to other drivers.
