« Design a toothbrush for IKEA »
MR. TANdborste
Like a toy the toothbrush is a little man, the two arms allow it to stand in a glass or rest on a bench, but offer also a good and safe handle for the kid. The relief of the face cleans the tongue.
removable head
When the toothbrush head is worn out, it can be replaced. It is both economical for families and allows for the child to personalize their toothbrush.

ÂŤ Creating an effortless and sharable leisure boating experience Âť

OUR insights Today boating is an exclusivity, we wanted to go in the opposit way and allow to everyone the access to leasur boating. We decided to creat a boat rental service for people who don’t have knowledge of navigation and want to discover. Inspired by the iconic «pointu» to give back charme and identity to Provencal ports.
1 - Harbor service point
Interaction with a digital panel to register and get a member card used as a key for the boat.
2 - Safe boarding
Board saftly thanks to a platfom, avoiding to jump on the boat and protecting the boat at the same time.
3 - Boat interface
The screen is usful for map and information. Turn the ring around the rudder to control the speed.

4 - Easy navigation
The driver is on a elevated position to keep a good visibility.
5 - Convivial & comfortable
Two soft and comfortable benches facing each other to create a convivial space.
6 - The bimini
The two canvas are designed in an asymmetric way. You can attach them in different directions on the mast according to the position of the sun.

7 - Chill zone
The wooden deck allows you to stretch out and enjoy sunbathing whilst still interacting with people on the boat.
8 - Back zone
The back of the boat offers an easy access to the water with a step and a platform at the sea level. You can also grab the masts and railings on the side for safety.

9 - Water access
Instead of having a foldable ladder, the railings go into the water so you can easily get back to the boat by stepping on it.
TEAM WORK With a team of four people - a digital designer made the 3D modeling of the boat while I was responsible for the visualization, rendering and creating the user scenarios. What was important for me was not only designing a beautiful boat, but also a practical boat adapted to our target. Therefore I mainly focused on the user experience, safety and intuitive use. We did a cle mock up for the final presentation, useful to study the hull shape.

Internship at Teams Design, 6 months, Shanghai
ÂŤ Experiencing the Made-in-China everyday consumables Âť
fridge solutions Based on consumer feedbacks and analysis, I was given the task to improve the way to store food and optimize the fridge space. I made mock-ups scale 1/1 to try and validate the solutions. This process was very useful, as I could improve the ergonomie of the systemes. But also understand how to manufacture it and exchange with engineers to assess the feasibility.
com sketches
Sketch to present the award winning Bosch products designed by Teams Design.
CREATIVE EXPLORATION
Even for this simple portable lampe, I tried to be creative and explore many directions, to offer enought options to the client.

Personal project, 5 days
ÂŤ Change the time zone in a more intuitive way Âť
case exploration
My idea is to change the time zone by turning entirely the watch. So it’s composed of 2 parts : the fix base and the turnable case.
turn it
Change the time zone by turning the whole case.

ÂŤ Experiencing the Swiss-made watch design Âť
EXISTING watch Make a chrono version of this existing Jacob&Co EpicX watch. I worked on detail as the crow, the bracelette and the watch visualisation.

object poetry The name and the context bring the object’s story and make you understand the product. At nendo they play a lot with this philosophy, it’s very simple product but with a strong story behind. It may just be a small detail but as Oki Sato say, we need to give people a small « ! » moment to create the link between people and the objects.
Oki Sato sketch Using this doodle sketch from Oki Sato, I developed a side table for the Italian Brand DePadova.

Hide structure
Floating effect
To increase the floating effect, I hide the structure under the table by making it shorter (as you can see the red part) and made a chamfer on the under edge of the 2 holes. By this way you can really feel the table panel is floating in the air by magic.
validation mockup
For each step I did mockups to validate proportion and fits. They requested a perfect final result, so I had to be very precise and accurate.
marketed product
The table is now on the market and has been exposed by DePadova at Milan ÂŤSalone del MobileÂť 2017.
