BODY TYPE
You are blessed with a much sought-after body type: bigger on top. It’s defined by a bust that is 3”- 4”+ larger than the width of your hips. A general rule for this body type, is to keep details, fuss, and anything that creates volume to the lower half of the body, keeping your top half clean and uncluttered.
FIT GOALS Always highlight the smallest part of your waist Wear silhouettes that follow the bust line and flare out at the bottom
STYLE DETAILS V-neck or square neckline create a slimming line down the front of the body Bootcut and wide leg pants, short flared skirts are great for creating balance

SHOPPING FOR YOUR BODY TYPE
SHOPPING DO’S Look for silhouettes that frame and hug the lines of your body Patterns and details on the lower half of the body Pockets that are low, more toward the hip Jackets or tops with vents in the back
SHOPPING DONT’S Avoid necklines that make you look broader: boat neck or bardot, big straps, halter neck tops, and big shawl collars Styles that extend or accentuate shoulders such as: puff sleeves or shoulder pads Stiff fabrics on top and narrowing hemlines
SHOPPING RULES Rule of 3: can you wear it with at least 3 items in your closet? For 3 different kinds of occasions? Try. It. On. Hanger appeal is not a great judge of how it will look on your body. If you’re on the fence, take it to the fitting room!

STYLE PERSONALITY
Experimentation in fashion is something you enjoy, whether it’s distressed or hardware details or non-traditional silhouettes. Some tips for your look: Pick a focal point for the outfit, like color, otherwise there are too many elements fighting to be seen. High waists are not only on-trend, but flattering as they hit and highlight the smallest part of your waist. Leopard print is a great way to add interest to an outfit, giving you that downtown cool look and a sexy flare.

CLOSET TIPS!
A short list of some of best tips on how to turn your closet into a treasure trove of outfits: Flip all of your hangers to face the same direction. Every time you wear an item, put it back into your closet with the hanger hook facing the other direction so you know you've worn it. In 3 months you'll have a better of idea of what is simply decoration in your closet and in 6 months, you will know with certainty what to donate, consign, or trash. Pair one of your "go-to" piece with something new. You know that dress you're wearing every other / every week? Maybe it's time to give it a rest and your colleagues (or significant others) some excitement. Layer a button down under that dress, or put a cardigan or jacket on top and cinch it with a printed belt. Remember: if you buy a piece you can't wear with at least 3 items in your closet, you're not just paying for that skirt, you're paying for the top, jacket, shoes, and jewelry to go with that dress. Hang your jewelry next to your closet. We often have clients that tell us they need help accessorizing, yet we see jewelry boxes but no jewelry. If you don't see it, you won't wear it. Lastly, write down what your personal goals are. If you want to be "Classic, Sophisticated, and Chic," write that on a post it and put it next to your full length mirror. Does the reflection reflect how you want to be perceived?
