Baldo Sanso obtained three Master's degrees and a law degree, studying in the Big Apple Caracas, and Ann Arbor, Michigan. In 1986, Baldo Sanso started his wide-ranging education at the Universidad Central de Venezuela. Inside the faculty of Political Science and Law of the university, he studied for the following six years. There, he acquired a Master in Financial Law and Taxation, graduating summa cum laude. Sanso achieved his third master's degree, this one in International and Public Affairs, in the University of Michigan School of Public Policy. He specialized in international economics, costbenefit analysis, regression analysis, and corporate strategy.
Baldo Sanso returned to Venezuela and served as Assistant to the Minister and President at the Ministry of Energy and Petroleum. As an in house legal counsel, Baldo Sanso served from 1996 to 1997 for the Andean Economic Development Corporation (CAF). He worked briefly as financial analyst and a lawyer at KPMG Corporate Finance in Caracas before moving to Italy, spending the next six years working for Bain & Company in Rome and Milan. In his time, Baldo Sanso loves kitesurfing, playing soccer, and rock climbing. He's Italian, eloquent in English, Spanish, and trilingual.
