Take care of yourelf

When you travel you need to plan a lot of things in order to live your vacation at its best. This guidebook - travel planner is made to simplify the organisation before and during the journey.

1. Quo Vadis Frut is an experimental project that propose a ring road tour - bike trip in Friuli Venezia Giulia.

In this travel planner you will find a standard part, which includes all the most important info (such as maps, directions and point of interest). In addiction, there is a customisable part, a sort of trip diary with many useful tools, such as a packing list & a check list of what to do and what to see. A perfect kit to plan you QVF trip, to keep yourself organised and to have all the most important info under control all in one place. We suggest 6 accommodation facilities for every stage B&B and hotels are sorted by distance from the main square of the city/town you want to visit. You can find them easily on the map: blue pointer with the number from 1 to 6 which refers to the accommodation list of the stage. Don’t forget to ask for an Accommodation Stamp! We suggest some places to see and activities to do Both on the road (a nice opportunity to have a break!) and at your arrival. The red heart always points out the main square of place, the orange star recommends the most interesting thing of the area, other symbols are easy to realize (star = castle, M = museum, cross = church, etc).

2. We firmly suggest to buy a bike assurance for you and your bicycle, you can have one on Fiab ( http://www.fiab-onlus.it/bici/la-fiab/associazioni-aderenti/servizi-manuali-e-informazioni/item/241-assicurazione-fiab. html ) or Italian Touring Club ( http://www.touringclub.it/convenzioni/touring-bici-assistance-esclusivo-per-i-soci ) 3.
