FASTER PRE-HEAT TIME With rapid pre-heating, your ASKO model can reach 180°C quicker than you'd think. A sound and light signal will indicate when the temperature you require has been reached.

ACCURATE TEMPERATURE CONTROL All ASKO ovens have a temperature variance of 1 degrees, meaning 180 degrees will only vary up or down by 1 degree giving more accurate cooking results.

COOL DOOR A 22-blade tangential fan forces ambient air through the panes of glass in the door, forming a veil of cool air that buffers heat, ensuring a cool door.

PLENTY OF ACCESSORIES ASKO ovens come supplied with the lot. They are the burger with the works. Our standard fare is 2 x shallow trays, 1 x deep roasting pan and 1 x premium grill rack.

Serves 2

10 green unpeeled prawns 2 cups of fish stock store bought or homemade 1 cup of arborio rice 1 lemon juice & zest 1 pinch of saffron 150mls white wine 100g of unsalted butter & olive oil 1 leek white part only thinly sliced 1 garlic clove finely chopped 1 small onion finely chopped 100g of baby frozen peas Parmesan cheese for garnish Salt and pepper Fresh herbs such as dill, lemon balm & parsley for garnish

PRAWN, PEA AND SAFFRON RISOTTO

Preheat the oven to steam at 100⁰C. Peel and devein prawns leaving the tails on, saving the shells and heads. In a saucepan add some oil and butter. Add the prawn shells and heads and cook over medium heat for 10min breaking up the heads to release the prawn flavor. Add the fish stock and saffron. Cook over medium heat for 20min then strain and set aside.

In a fry pan (that can be used in the oven) on medium heat add butter and oil. Add onion, leek and garlic and cook until soft. Add arborio rice and cook while stirring for 5 - 7min. Turn up the heat. Add wine and cook off the alcohol while stirring. Add stock, bring to the boil. Place the fry pan into the steam oven and cook for 15min (or use a solid steamer tray). Add peas, lemon juice and prawns and cook for 5min or until the rice is cooked al dente. Once cooked add butter, herbs, lemon zest and mix using a fork to fluff up the rice. Season to taste and serve with parmesan cheese.
