About Weles-Agro Products of Weles-Agro are sold in 50 regions of the European part of Russia, including Moscow, Moscow Region, St. Petersburg, Rostov Region, Nizhny Novgorod Region, Krasnodar Territory, regions of the North Caucasus Federal District, the Republic of Crimea.

Our poultry complex is one of the largest agro-industrial enterprises, of a closed production cycle, located in the south of Russia. We have combined all major technological stages including production of hatching eggs, incubation of the eggs, obtaining day old chickens and fattening broilers before the release of finished commercial products - chicken meat, sausages and meat semi-finished products. The company has implemented a Quality System (ISO 90001: 2015), and the Food Safety Management System (ISO 22000: 2005) HACCP (Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point), which is food safety management system based on preventing technological errors rather than eliminating them, it also allows to exclude any deviations from the quality standard. All products have environmental certificates of the product of increased environmental purity, and are registered by and under the control of the Center for Audit and Control “Halal. In the process of fattening, we use only grain feeds that do not contain genetically modified additives and additives of animal origin.

Weles-Agro LLC annually demonstrates the wide range its products at major profile exhibitions.

The construction of our enterprise was started in 2006 and was carried out “from scratch”. During the design stage, the latest scientific achievements and advanced technologies in growing broilers were taken into account, the best modern technological lines and equipment of European brands were installed.

For the production of high-quality food our company has been many times awarded gold and silver medals at exhibitions such as: Russian agro-industrial exhibition “Golden Autumn” (“Золотая Осень”), the International Exhibition “Meat Industry. Chicken King “ (“Мясная промышленность” ”Куриный король”), “100 best goods of Russia” (100 лучших товаров России). Also received special prizes in the field of quality established by the Head of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic.

The production complex of LLC “Weles-Agro” includes a number of main structural divisions: • platform of the tribal reproductor • hatchery; • site for growing broilers; • slaughter shop; • shop for deep processing and storage.

In our production process, we use most advanced equipment made by the German company BigDutchman. This equipment was made in full compliance with EU standards.

This equipment allowed us to fully automate all production processes: feeding (accurate to a gram per head), heating, cooling, ventilation, humidification, lighting, egg processing, etc.

• the area of parent flocks (adult, productive herds, includes 8 buildings, with a useful area of each building 18x120 = 2 160 square meters); • the egg storage area (egg storage with the capacity of 600,000).

The site produces a highly productive cross-country Ross-308 (Great Britain), which is the best in the Russian market.

On the pedigree reproducer site there are: • 12 buildings of poultry houses with a total area of 26,352 square meters

The capacity of planting a breeding bird on the site is 91,520 chickens and 14,000 males-producers per year.

The final product of this site is an incubation egg designed to incubate and excrete the final hybrid broiler oneday-old chicken.

Capacity of hatchery egg production is 15 000 000 eggs per year.

Thus, the enterprise completely covers its own need in chicken eggs for incubating chickens, sells the hatching eggs to other poultry producers, and sells the eggs through the trade networks.

Hatchery The hatchery with a production area of 3708.6 square meters was launched in July 2011. The incubator consists of 12 incubation cabinets, with a capacity of 60,000 eggs, and 4 hatchers made by Canadian manufacturer Jameswey Incubator Company Inc. - one of the world’s leading manufacturers of incubation equipment. The production process has a high degree of automation and controlled by highly qualified operators who, during the whole incubation period, observe, collect, process and store information about the processes taking place in the incubation cabinets. High-quality raw materials and modern equipment make it possible to increase the percentage of hatchability to 89-90%. The annual capacity of the hatchery is 12,000,000 eggs. The annual production capacity is 9 600 000 one-day-old chickens.

Broiler fattening area The area for fattening covers an area of 33.5 hectares. The following buildings are located on the site:

High quality equipment allows minimizing the amount of manual labor: the entire cycle of broiler chickens in two buildings is served by 2 people. Slaughter, primary processing and storage of products The slaughter and processing shop for poultry, further processing of meat, production of sausages and semi-finished products is located in the industrial zone of Prokhladny. The site is connected to all energy sources: electricity, gas. Own artesian well with drinking water 200 m. The Slaughterhouse uses modern equipment of the German company Hartmann Lebensmitteltechnik Anlagenbau GmbH. Biting of birds is done in two ways: mechanical - 1800 heads / hour and manual - 1500 heads / hour. The obtained meat is transported to industrial refrigerators, with the function of shock freezing up to -35 ° Х. The total capacity of refrigerators is more than 300 tons.

Meat-cutting and processing workshop One of the important stages in development and expansion of Veles-Agro LLC was the launching, in 2015, of a new building for the deep processing of poultry meat. A manual cutting line was built according to the unique project of EMF Lebensmitteltechnik-Anlagenbau GmbH (Germany) with an area of 1482 square meters and launched in the same year.

All our products are made from selected chilled beef and poultry of own manufacture in accordance with high international quality standards ISO and НАССР, and following strict requirements of “Halal” Technology.

Workshop is equiped by world leaders, in the field of equipment manufacturing for meat processing, from Germany, France, Italy, Holland. The two main sections of the deep processing shop are the sausage production site and the semi-finished products manufacturing site. Sausage production site with the equipment of such brands as Hartmann, K + G Wetter, Poly-Klip, Gunter, Lima, Ness is designed to produce different types of sausages, meat delicacies, pates. The production capacity of the line is 150 tons per month. Semi-finished products site, produces meat dumplings, khinkali, manty, dumplings and other products, is equipped with a complex for the production of meat dumplings LB-Italia with a capacity of 250 kg of finished products per hour and a machine BestTY-503G with a capacity of 130 kg per hour.
