THE PIXEL Advanced Building Construction Semester 7 2020 In collaboration with Muskan Gupta
Location: Near Sector 43-44 Metro Station, Gurugram
The Pixel is a dynamic building which is made to be automated. The building adds to a different thought process of how rent-able buildings as well as add to the way dynamic architecture works. HIGHLIGHTS: •A unique track system placed on the base of the building on which allow the pneumatic jacks to move freely in all directs. •Prefabricated folded modules places on top of the pneumatic jacks. •These modules can be rented and placed according to the renter’s need on top of the foldable floor plate which is placed on a track on the beams of the column beam system. https://youtu.be/ XnZzWfG58F0

02 THE FOUR SEASONS Advanced Building Construction Semester 8 2021 In collaboration with Muskan Gupta Location: Sector 54, Gurgaon
A residential project based in Gurgaon designed to suit the climate of the city. The building has an open plan which is designed so that there is easy airflow throughout the house. HIGHLIGHTS •Made with keeping in mind the sun and wind direction that the site experiences. •A prototype of a wall panel is designed to cater to the interior temperature of the room, which works on the pressure that is created between the windward and leeward side of the cones that are casted in these wall panels. •These panels are rotatable so that they can be combination can be customized depending upon the season, hence catering to all 4 seasons.

THE CHRYSALIS Habitat Design Semester 7 2020 In collaboration with Shivaansh M. Cairae Location: Dehradun, India FAR: 2.1 Ground Coverage: 35% Total Site Area: 51,000 sq.m.
The site lies in connection with the ring road and also has a connection to the Dehradun/ Mussoorie highway. The project tries to create a co-living environment for the user group and harmony between the natural elements in and around the site. HIGHLIGHTS: •The concept closely follows the Natural Elemental orientations of the site. Keeping in mind the cold and humid weather of Dehradun and close proximity of our site to foothills, the massing and block placement are done to ensure maximum sunlight penetration to each unit and block/tower.

•Further catering to wind pattern, voids were made, accordingly natural landscaping is done to make sure that our user group has an ease of access and at the same time creating a peaceful environment; hence creating a balance between the built mass and already present flora surrounding the site.

THE TWISTED LOO Little Big Loo Rethinking Public Toilets 2020 In collaboration with Khush Anand Gupta Location: Connaught Place, New Delhi
The Twisted Loo is located in Connaught Place, which is the heart of New Delhi. The washroom cum library has the potential to be replicated in each block of Connaught Place and similar urban scenarios. HIGHLIGHTS: •The concept revolves around conceiving the whole building as a street furniture having a primary function of a public washroom incorporating a library with a lot of outdoor seating. •Such a structure presents the opportunity for the people to interact with the building in more than one way. •This enables people to have a rest spot in a crowded market place. •The privacy of the washroom and the public nature of the open library don’t disturb each other. •Interactive nature of the library can be seen with the open and welcoming folds of the structure.
