Design Vision

The design aims to maximize social interactions under normal circumstances inter-generationally, and inter-capability while limiting the restrictions on socialization while amidst a pandemic. This will be done with integrated horizontal and vertical communities and neighborhoods that can be feasibly isolated. Sustainable features will be included to lower heat gain and costs of energy usage while inspiring the residents to consider sustainable lifestyles.
