01 WEST POINT HUMANITIES CENTER WEST POINT, NY

Competition project for a new Humanities center at West Point, NY. Created the Revit model based on sketches. Worked in collaboration with rendering consultants IMD in setting views and materials for submission. Completed booklet for submission in competition entry. PROJECT PHASE: Competition Entry

LENEXA CITY CENTER LIBRARY LENEXA, KS

Assisted in the construction documentation phase of this project till the 100% CD submission. This included keynoting, drafting reflected ceiling plans, interior details, staircase, mill-work and railing details among others. Modeled the ribbon rail in Revit based on the concept designed. Also assisted in developing carpet patterns, rendered interior elevations and finish binders for the interior design team. Collaborated with MAQE in creating final renderings. PROJECT PHASE: Construction Documentation, Interior Supplemental Documents

Worked in the initial stages of the project creating levels and block models for client interviews and also presented concepts for spatial planning and form development in the earlier stages of the project. Collected research about site analysis and organized room data sheets for the project. Two of the options presented are illustrated below. PROJECT PHASE: Concept Development, Model Making



Option 1: Frame Based on using the natural topography of the site to create a transition of spaces towards the Theatre. The spaces were arranged in a Cross-L pattern between levels creating a courtyard that can function as a gathering space for the community.



Option 2: Weave In this option, the Theatre was given a more centralized location in the spatial planning with the public only spaces concentrated on the first floor and the more private classrooms in the upper floor creating a balanced circulation and usage.

NEIDORFF-KARPATI HALL RENOVATION MANHATTAN SCHOOL OF MUSIC, NY Created elevation renderings using Photoshop of the designed theatre to be used for the client meeting. Also developed rug patterns, one of which has been finalized for customized design for the project. PROJECT PHASE: Construction Documentation
