CAMP PHOENIX DIRECTOR, DAVE KEIGAN – Growing up, Dave spent summers in Maine on Sebago Lake where he learned to swim, fish, canoe and explore the woods. After college, he moved to Southern California where he started working for the Boys & Girls Clubs as Shop Director and worked his way up to Program Director. He became Camp Director of Pathfinder Ranch for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Springs in 1983. Dave joined the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Memphis in February 2009 to Direct Camp Phoenix.

TIFFANIE GRIER - DIRECTOR OF CAREER DEVELOPMENT - Tiffanie Grier received a BA in History and Sociology graduating summa cum laude. She then obtained a MA in Sociology specializing in inequality, and more specifically in race relations and poverty. Grier discovered her love for workforce development while working in Career Services at Bridges USA, Inc. Grier joined Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Memphis in 2009 and became the Technical Training Center’s first Career Placement Director. She is passionate about job development for youth and young adults, because preparing youth for the workforce is critical to breaking the vicious cycles of poverty. She has helped place 100% of the center’s high school graduates in employment and/or college.

CRYSTAL CAULFIELD - CAREER PREP DIRECTOR - In the fall of 2011, Crystal took on the role of Career Prep Director where she serves the Technical Training Center in organizing their curriculum as well as scheduling guest speakers, implementing new programs such as UPS Road Code, and making sure that the club members receive the skills necessary to enter the workforce.

CULINARY DIRECTOR - EL’KEENAN LIGGINS - Culinary Director, El’Keenan Liggins is a proud alumnus of the Boys & Girls Clubs. In 2011 he became a member of the Technical Training Center where he rediscovered his passion for cooking and the food industry while working with the Garden to Groceries Program as a student supervisor. In the summer of 2017, El’Keenan returned “home” to the TTC, directing the very culinary program that helped mold him into the chef he has become today. El’Keenan attended Culinary school at Lecole Culinaire and is set to graduate in October of 2018.
