SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT PROGRAMS

Els for Autism® Work Experience (WE) program is for adults with autism spectrum disorder and other related disabilities ages 18+ who have completed high school. The program is designed for those interested in career exploration or who have a goal of paid employment. During the program, participants will engage in handson learning and develop skills relating to employment.

Offered in partnership w Resort & Spa, Jupiter M Program supports partic ment skills. During the progra employment industry and establish a career plan aligned with their individual employment goals. Following the program, graduates on a paid employment track are ready to start their careers and add value to your business.
