ELIZABETH works at her

REGINA So that's 11:30 on Saturday morning. Can't wait to finally meet you crazy kids! Regina hangs up and starts highlighting a sheet of paper and writing on it. ELIZABETH Who are you meeting on Saturday? REGINA I don't believe it's any of your business. ELIZABETH Come on, Regina. You don't have to act like that just because I'm winning. INT. INTERVIEW SET

- DAY

Regina looks directly at the camera. REGINA Lizzie really one-upped me with the Harlan Timothy deal. But then this really sweet polygamist family came to town and needed FOUR houses! So I'm ALMOST tied with Lizzie again. INT. WOODS & WOODS REAL ESTATE OFFICE - BACK TO SCENE Regina picks up a new marker and circles something on her page. She gets up and hands it to Elizabeth. REGINA I wouldn't get too cocky if I were you. INSERT OF a spreadsheet of their sales breakdowns, perfectly color coded. Regina has circled their totals circled, and has written the words "SUCK IT" at the bottom, with a smiley face beside it.


2. ELIZABETH Nobody's ever gone wrong by reaching out to wacky religious types. REGINA They need homes too, Lizzie. Now, I have to go work my magic on this new place I'm showing tomorrow. Have a lovely day. Regina leaves. Elizabeth scowls, staring down at the page. And she notices the address of the house Regina will be showing the next day. ELIZABETH Oh, Reggie. You have to learn to take your listing addresses off of things. Elizabeth picks up her phone and dials. ELIZABETH (CONT'D) Honey! Cancel all our plans for tomorrow. I have a job for you and the kids. EXT.

HOUSE FOR SALE - DAY

Regina leads an attractive couple, LISA and DAVID, toward the house. They're stopped by MICHAEL (Elizabeth's husband), who's trying to hang a large, human-shaped object from a tree. Howdy!

MICHAEL Beautiful day, ain't it? LISA

Yes, it is. MICHAEL You looking to buy this place? Maybe.

DAVID We're moving from New York.

MICHAEL It's a great town. Good place to raise kids. And that house is just beautiful. LISA What have you got there?


3. MICHAEL Nothing big, just an effigy of my wife. See, she left us a couple weeks ago, so tonight my kids and I are gonna burn it. Lisa and David exchange a look. her brother-in-law.

Regina shoots daggers at

REGINA Ha ha, isn't he funny? This neighborhood is full of kidders! MICHAEL I'm totally serious. We'll get a fire going, maybe roast some weenies. If you knew my wife, you'd think that was real funny. Hey, you should come by. Around seven? Regina pushes Lisa and David toward the house. REGINA Oh, never mind him. inside, shall we?

MICHAEL (calling after them) It's BYOB! I like Bud! INT.

HOUSE FOR SALE - FOYER - CONTINUOUS

Regina leads David and Lisa inside. REGINA Doesn't it feel like home? As you can see, the foyer is very spacious. LISA It's as big as our bedroom in New York! REGINA And having an entryway is very unique for houses in this area. Lots of room for you to hang coats during a party. She opens the closet. TOMMY, one of Elizabeth's twin sons, is curled up in the corner. DAVID Ahh! Tommy looks up and smiles.


4. TOMMY I like to come over here to think sometimes. It's so quiet and nice, not like my house. With all the voices. REGINA Don't worry, we'll get the locks changed. (to Tommy) GO HOME. They walk away from the closet, and we see Tommy pull the door shut, still inside. INT.

HOUSE FOR SALE - KITCHEN - CONTINUOUS

Regina leads David and Lisa into the kitchen. Through the window we see JERRY, Elizabeth's other son, standing stock still in the backyard, staring into the house. REGINA The eat-in kitchen has custom built cabinets, and the house comes with these appliances. LISA Looks like you might finally have to learn to cook, honey! David laughs. He and Lisa look more closely at the high-end appliances. Regina turns her head and sees Jerry. REGINA Oh lord! She races over to close the blinds. The commotion pulls David and Lisa's focus. They catch a glimpse of Jerry before the curtains close. REGINA (CONT'D) I'm so sorry about all of this. The neighborhood isn't actually this crazy. I promise. I can find you somewhere else. Just give me 24 hours. LISA Don't. A moment of silence. DAVID We love it.


5. LISA Really. We were so afraid that the suburbs were going to be SO boring, but you've found us the exact right place. You're a miracle worker, Regina! Regina can't believe her luck. FADE OUT.
