The Project Brief was to design a “Natural history Museum depicting the evolution of Life. Natural history, describes patterns in nature, thus building an essential foundation for science and Infrastructure. The major design challenge in a museum is to maintain the exhibits, fossils and artifacts thus considering the amount and directional allowance of natural light within the structure. The objective was to provide adequate circuation spaces within and give a modern touch on the outerside to enrich the experience of the visitors.
SITE ANALYSIS
ROAD CONFIGURATION
The site of the museum is approx 7000 sqm which is in Chandigarh region,Punjab with a River front. The site is surrounded by an Institutional land,a Hotel and a Commercial block.
Roads play a very important part in Chandigarh, thus the museum site is accessible by 2 roads,ie Main road and a Service road making it easily approchable. The site has a green belt along the Roads. Bridge

WEEKEND VILLA
Pinjore, Haryana
The Project Brief was to design a “Weekend Villa - for recreation and luxury. Being a budding architect, it is essential to have the basic knowlege about how an individual manages his personal life, away from the main city and thus designing adequate spaces in relation to the functions inside as well as outside the Villa is the major challenge, which proves to be important aspect in the design process. A person owns a Villa to spend quality time with his family, which further provides high end luxury and recreation.
SITE PLAN
THE CONCEPT The initial idea behind designing the structure was to maintain privacy as the individual plots on the site were located closely to each other and creating segregation of each villa from another. Secondly the design fulfills the requirement of Compactness,ie 2 bedrooms with luxury and relaxation. Keeping this in mind the villa has numerous outdoor spaces to unwind, including the private roof top terrace with outdoor leisure spaces, a mini pool ,a large garden with attractive planted areas and deck connected with each room. Inside the villa, large and wide spaces have been provided for easy circulation and appropriate lighting as well as the components like Bar space, the billiard room, the Family room provide a sense of luxury.

GRIHA TROPHY (HOUSING) Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India
The Project Brief was to design a “group housing complex for Lotus Greens. Lotus Greens is a reputed developer committed to sustainable development. Massing, placement of towers so as to make the best use of the site, improve the thermal performance in the climatic conditions of Noida. Maximize the project marketability by maximizing views of central golf course and the river. The design should give special attention to massing, solar orientation, wind movement and passive cooling systems. The systems and technologies employed should be simple and durable enough for end users to use them comfortably. PANORAM IC VIE WO F TH EG OL FC OU RS E
