CO NDIZION I COM M ERCIA L I

1 - ORDINI 1.1 - L’ordine può essere inoltrato all’agente di zona oppure alla RacingBike attraverso il portale B2B all’indirizzo web http://b2bracingbike.it/.

Per tutti gli ordini pervenuti via mail verrà applicato l’importo di euro 10,00 per la lavorazione. Per tale modalità di invio sarà inviata conferma dell’avvenuta ricezione dell’ordine. Non verranno accettati ordini via telefono o fax e incompleti, ossia sprovvisti del codice articolo e/o colore.

Ogni ordine pervenuto entro le ore 13:00 verrà evaso il giorno stesso (salvo diverse disposizioni e disponibilità). La Racing Bike non si assume alcuna responsabilità per eventuali errori su ordini non completi o con descrizioni e codici non conformi.

Tutti i prezzi riportati sono IVA esclusa e potranno essere modificati senza preavviso.

1.2 - Tutti gli ordini verranno evasi secondo la disponibilità di magazzino. Eventuali back order saranno inviati appena disponibili, salvo annullamento del cliente al ricevimento della prima spedizione. Passati 60 giorni tutti i back orders non evasi saranno considerati nulli, se non diversamente espresso dal cliente.

2 - PAGAMENTI 2.1 - Il metodo di pagamento verrà concordato al momento opportuno con il cliente e potrà essere modificato solo previa nostra autorizzazione.

2.2 - Per nuovi clienti il pagamento del primo ordine dovrà essere effettuato con bonifico bancario anticipato o in contrassegno.

2.3 - Per ordinazioni di importo imponibile inferiore a € 100,00 il pagamento dovrà essere effettuato con bonifico bancario anticipato o in contrassegno.

2.4 - Per tutti i pagamenti in ritardo e/o gli insoluti verranno addebitate a carico del cliente le spese bancarie per il mancato puntuale pagamento di € 8,00 e la quota del 3% del valore fattura, per spese sostenute a recupero del credito.

3 - RESTITUZIONE MERCE 3.1 - Eventuali prodotti difettosi o che al momento della ricezione della merce dovessero presentare rotture potranno essere restituiti solo dopo autorizzazione da parte nostra. Il cliente avrà cura di segnalare tale difetto compilando l’apposito modulo al seguente indirizzo http://www. racingbikeitaly.it/modulo-garanzia-reso.php entro e non oltre 3(tre) giorni lavorativi dalla ricezione del materiale. Se la spedizione viene effettuata con corriere scelto dal cliente, la Racing Bike non si assume nessuna responsabilità su eventuali danni o difetti riconducibili ad una cattiva movimentazione nel trasporto.

3.2 - Tutti i prodotti sono garantiti per funzionalità e costruzione. L’eventuale restituzione dei prodotti ritenuti difettosi dovrà essere preventivamente concordata con l’assegnazione di un codice rientro e qualora venga accertata la validità del reclamo la garanzia non andrà oltre l’accredito o la sostituzione del prodotto. Sui prodotti che risultassero non idonei per altre cause come: manomissioni, rotture da parte di terzi, errato montaggio, ecc. non si accetteranno restituzioni. Le restituzioni non autorizzate verranno rispedite al cliente con l’aggiunta delle spese di spedizione.

Per l’autorizzazione al reso vale quanto espresso al punto 3.1.

3.3 - I resi per errata ordinazione saranno accettati solo se giustificati ed effettuati entro 5 (cinque) giorni dalla data di ricezione della merce e solo dopo nostra autorizzazione. Tutti i resi non autorizzati o non accompagnati da documento di trasporto non saranno accettati e verranno reinviati al mittente con spese a suo carico. I resi che NON rientrano nei termini sopra elencati (ovvero oltre i 5 (cinque) giorni dal ricevimento della merce) dovranno essere autorizzati, e su di essi verrà conteggiato un costo di “restocking” pari al 15% del valore del reso stesso. La restituzione del reso sarà a carico del cliente.

3.4 - I prezzi dei prodotti 2016 saranno pubblicati sul sito www.racingbikeitaly.it nella sezione catalogo scaricabile nel formato pdf nel momento in cui il prodotto sarà disponibile per la distribuzione.

N.B.: Tutte le disponibilità dei prodotti presenti all’interno del portale web http://b2bracingbike.it/ potrebbero non essere istantanee (in Italia o in Spagna), perciò la spedizione dei prodotti “disponibili” potrebbe non essere immediata.

1 - ORDERS 1.1 - The order must be sent to the area agent or sent to the Racing Bike through B2B web portal at http://b2bracingbike.it/.

We apply additional charge of 10,00 EUR for all orders received by mails and sending you confirmation of receipt of the order. We will not accept orders by phone/fax and especially without the item number and/or color. Any order received earlier than 13:00 PM CET will be processed before the end of the day (unless otherwise specified). Racing Bike does not assume liability for any errors in relation to descriptions and codes on orders.

All prices are VAT not included and could change without notice.

1.2 - All orders will be delivered based on warehouse availability. Any back order will be sent as soon as available unless customer cancellation up on first delivery receipt. Once 60 days have passed, all back order that have yet to be delivered will be considered null unless otherwise specified by the customer.

2 - PAYMENT 2.1 - Method of payment will be agreed with the customer as required and may only be changed with our prior authorization.

2.2 - New customers must make payment of the first order by means of advance bank transfer or cash on delivery unless we agree otherwise.

2.3 - For orders less than 100,00 EUR the payment must be made by advance bank transfer or cash on delivery.

2.4 - For late payments and/or unpaid amounts the customer will also be charged bank fees of 8,00 EUR and an additional 3% of the value of the invoice for expenses incurred in recovering the debt.

3 - RETURN OF GOODS 3.1 - Any flawed goods, or goods damaged upon receipt, may only be returned after our authorization. The customer must inform us of the flaw by web at http://www.racingbikeitaly.it/modulo-garanzia-reso.php, within 3 (three) working days of receipt of the goods. If delivery is made by customer’s own choosing courier RacingBike will accept no liability for any damage or flaws due to incorrect handling during transport.

3.2 - All products are guaranteed as fit for their purpose and of appropriate manufacture. Any return of allegedly flawed products must be agreed in advance with a return code assigned. Where the complaint is acknowledged as valid, the warranty is, in any case, limited to the credit or product replacement. Products found to be unsuitable due to external cause such as tampering, breakage, incorrect assembly, etc., will be returned to the customer who will then be charged for delivery. Point 3.1 sets out the terms governing authorization to return goods.

3.3 - Returns due to incorrect ordering will only be accepted where justified and made within 5 (five) days of goods delivery date and, in any case, only after our authorization. Any unauthorized returns or returns not accompanied by a delivery note will be refused and returned to the sender at his own expense. Any returns that do NOT take place within the above-listed terms beyond 5 (five) days of receipt must, in any case, be authorized and a ‘restocking’ charge of 15% of the value of the return will be applied. Refunds will be made at customer responsibility.

3.4 - 2016 product prices will be downloaded at www.racingbikeitaly.it in pdf catalog section when the products will be available for distribution.

N.B.: All products available at http://b2bracingbike.it may not be instantaneous (in Spain or Italy) so please consider that “available” products shipment may not be immediate ALL RIGHTS RESERVED, No part of the images and contents of this agreement may be reproduced. Product images are not binding. Products may be amended or changed to improve function and appearance. By placing an order, you confirm your full acceptance, without reservation, of all the conditions of sale reported herewith.
